My wife and I had a great experience at El Paso Winnelson. We worked with Rene. She was always very professional and her knowledge of design, fixtures, and plumbing is second to none. I believe she is better able to explain plumbing then her male counterparts. Another benefit is the advice we received with respect to Bathroom Design. Design is an "Art" not a science. She recommended a high end medicine cabinet that really made the difference in the design of the bathroom. Definitely this combination of talents separates Rene from other providers. There was a time or two when Rene was not available and Chuy and the other staff were available to provide assistance.
We highly recommend El Paso Winnelson for your Bath/Kitchen design, fixture and plumbing needs.

Absolutely no customer service.

Here is a snapshot of what happened. First and foremost, they did not,do what they said they would do. They assumed no accountability for the suppliers they use. There was no accountability for what employees told us and our contractor on different occasions. if Rene is a manager, she clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service skills for that position.

We were recommended to this location by our contractor and ordered a bath tub. Initially Jasmine assisted us, and we ordered the tub. Of course it came in broken. We were told, it is too bad, but they don't epxpedite re-deliveries even though it's came in broken the first time. After several weeks from our initial visit to the store, the tub arrived. On 6 March our contractor contacted Winnelson to arrange pick-up. A representative from Winnlson verified the ticket number and our order, and stated someone would be at the store on 7 March from 8-11 a.m. Our contractor waited an hour with no one showing up. My wife spoke to Rene Goldfien on Saturday, 7 March at 10:15 a.m.. Instead of exhibiting a level of customer service and opening the store so our contractor could do a job that had been scheduled, and rescheduled due to Winnelson's inability to meet suspense dates. During the phone call we were told NO, Winnelson would not do what A Winnelson employee coordinated with our contractor, just one day prior. Rene actually went as far to imply our contractor spoke to the wrong store even though he verified our address, ticket number, and name as well as telling him to pick it up at Winnwlson's store the next day. The entire conversation was a plethora of excuses and unaccountability.

I have spent nearly 26 years of service in the military and I just can't imagine doing anything without reliability, accountability, and integrity as in this situation. Very disappointed, it at least it happened before I referred my co-worker, who is remodeling a recently purchased home. Their handling of our situation Saved him a headache and cost Winnelson a positive referral.

Excellence in customer service! Enrique Sanchez is to be commended. Quick, helpful and reasonably priced products. I'll definitely be recommending him and Winnelson to my friends.

I bought a pilot assembly for a water heater n it didn't fit n now they don't want to give me a refund. It is not the same part. I gave them the serial and model number and it is not my fault. Box was not sealed or anything n now they say cause I opened the box no refund. I had to open it to see the product.

Need to hire stronger workers because he could even handle carrying

I have had countless plumbing items worked on by this company over the last several years. Their knowledge, expertise and overall customer service has been the most exceptional I have received from a plumbing company in my >than 15 years as a homeowner. I recommend them to all my friends, family and coworkers. They get the job done right the first time! 10/10 would recommend. (Price selected below was based on tankless water heater install and not other regular services)

My sewer line from my house to the street was totally blocked with roots due to it being the original clay pipes from 1982. The Sharp guys were here on time and made quick work of the problem, replacing 40 ft of clay pipe with new sewer line rated PVC, and at an exceptional price, and cleaned up when they were done. That is why I use no other plumbing service except Sharp.
