For a year, I struggled to find a landscaping company to help me achieve the yard layout I wanted.One day I found a Omicron flyer in my driveway, I called them asap and the next thing that happened was that in14 days I had my dream yard completed. Not only was the completed job done to my specifications, I received great costumer service, a great loan contract, low monthly payments and 100 percent satisfaction with a great warranty. Very bad experience with this company. I would not recommend it. My solar system had been out for 2 months and was getting high bills from el paso electric and omicron did not want to resolved the problem. Had to pay 600 dollars out of my pocket to get it fixed. They contacted me and said they where coming to fix it and once again never showed up. One of their agents even blocked me. Office never answers.

I was looking for several companies that would provide solar system services, and thanks to a recommendation, I found Alexis Aguilar of Omicron. He helped me create a system for my home and also help me complete my landscaping project. I'm thrilled with Alexis; he's very attentive. I recommend this company 100%.

Good deal and service

Venden puras mentiras, solo para vender si están hable y hable y ya después ni las llamadas contestan. Me dijeron que si me cambiaba de casa me podía llevar los paneles sin problemas y no es así , los paneles me los pusieron como una segunda deuda de mortgage. Te dicen que si recomiendas a alguien te dan $1000, nosotros recomendamos a alguien a los pocos meses de nuestro contrato y solo nos querían dar $500 y andaban haciéndose locos con los otros $500. Son puras mentiras y muy mal Servicio. Tardaron una semana en devolver mi llamada porque entre ellos se culpan. No sé endeuden con los solares, NO VALEN LA PENA.
