Read moreWorst customer service ever. I ordered $12K of luxury vinyl flooring from them. Paid extra for shipping and delivery. When it arrived, the drivers put 3 pallets of flooring in my driveway. I asked then to bring it inside out of the elements and they said no. They even called Charles the salesperson, and he said no. I asked why did I pay for delivery? I was told that is only to the house, not inside of it. Thank you Charles. This left me, a 70 year old man with the task of moving it inside, one box at a time. Fortunately, I was able to have my installer help (not affiliated with Casa) only after I personally moved 2000 pounds of flooring myself!! These people are awful and I would never recommend.
They did a horrible job on tile install and would never come to repair the mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM! A very unprofessional job with workers that didn't know what they were doing. Tiles were not even and became trip hazards. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TILE INSTALLATIONS
I want to give a shout-out to Danny Delgado from Casa Carpet Tile & Wood Distributors. Danny has been very helpful, attentive, and professional. He always follows up with any questions or needs that you may have. He is a true asset to this company and has been very understanding regarding my personal and financial situation. Thank you, Casa Carpet for your beautiful flooring and wonderful Sales Representative, Danny. Sandee B.
Originally, we had Angel from Big Deal flooring at 813 Cardon in El Paso, TX (who is a contractor for Casa Carpet) install our carpet in two rooms. That was a good experience. However, since then we have had issues with him being responsive about additional services. He is not quick to respond to your voicemail messages, gets dates confused, says we said a certain thing but not. This last time we had him (his company) remove baseboards they had installed but we needed to remove because of termites. I asked that when the termite service was complete that his company come and replace the baseboards (I would pay to have this done). He said he would text me with a cost and would be here at the home Monday or Tuesday to complete the project. We have company coming in the end of October (two weeks from now). I never heard from him so I left another voicemail. This was over a week ago! No response. I understand companies get busy, but just because this isn't a high priority doesn't mean he should just ignore us as a client. I will NEVER EVER use Casa Carpet or his company (Big Deal Flooring) in El Paso, TX) again!
WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASA CARPET! If you do business with this company be warned there is no accountability or customer service! They lure you in with initial service then it disappears after you have paid them. Don't expect them to respect your home during the installation process. We had just remodeled a bathroom and the bathroom contractor informed us not to use bathroom for 2 days so everything could dry. I informed the floor installers not to enter or use that restroom because it was still drying. They ignored my request and used the bathroom which caused a leak under the sink onto our new vanity. They also urinated all over the floor and toilet of our brand new bathroom. This is what you can expect if you do business with this store: for your bathroom to be urinated all over, your walls to be damaged with holes, your walls to be scratched and your doors will not close after the installation. They will steal flooring material and tell you they require more material, they will let strangers into your home to tour it, without your permission. Don't expect Casa Carpet to be professional, responsive or accountable and when you address issues they will retaliate. We started addressing the issues with the bathroom, letting strangers in our home and the shortage of material and on the last day of the installation, the installer left foot prints with adhesive all over the floor. We were told it would easily clean up--well that was Not true either! So $9k later we have a new damaged floor, damaged walls, doors that won't close, a leaking bathroom and urinated bathroom floors. Then, Casa Carpet told us to let them back into our home to get another go at it. No thank you! You didn't respect our home or business from the beginning, we are not letting you come back to destroy our home a second time. My husband is a wartime disabled-veteran (after 6 deployments), all of this has triggered a extensive PTSD episode for him and our family. The stranger the installer allowed to come into our home is now peeping in our windows. So in addition to the flooring issues now we are dealing with additional stress brought on by the installer allowing this stranger into our home. Yet, still they take no responsibility because they have already been paid in full, so they are done with us. I haven't had a good night sleep in two weeks due to all this stress. So save yourself an experience like this and go somewhere else. We were hopeful they would remedy this situation and fix the problem but profit is the priority not customer service. Update: We did allow Charles Barkemeyer (second in command to the owner Malooly) to come look at the damage to remedy the situation and they got back to us today. They will not be remedying anything according to them there were no issues and nothing needs to be fixed. Charles told us we needed to hire a carpenter to cut the doors because that isn't their job. The doors are handicap doors so they won't open or close because the flooring is blocking it. So if you are disabled or a disabled veteran please know they won't care if you can use your doors after they are done. When we purchased the material and installation we were informed that there was a one year warranty on the installation. If they didn't want to fix the installation issues now, a day after initial installation, then this warranty they told us about is worthless because they are unwilling to remedy any type of issues regarding installation. The business that this company is providing is not good business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASA CARPET!
Super happy with this company after purchasing a new living room carpet. Alfonso, the salesman, really made all the difference. He visited our home several times and took the extra effort to ensure we picked the right carpet that we would be happy with. He was always very courteous, accommodating and professional. The installers, Mauro and Manny, are simply the best in El Paso. They took the time to install our new carpet and padding with perfection. I would highly recommend Casa Carpet Tile to my friends and neighbors.
