Window Installation reviews in El Paso, Texas

I couldn’t be happier with my new solar screens from Waldo Glass Repair! They installed the darkest black solar screens with bronze frames, and they completely transformed the look of my home. The screens give my house a much sleeker, more modern appearance while still complementing the exterior perfectly.

One thing I really love is that I can still see outside clearly from inside my home while getting the added privacy and sun protection. An added bonus is that they’ll help keep my home cooler and lower my energy bill, which is a huge plus during our triple-digit weather.

The installation was professional, and the finished product looks amazing. If you’re thinking about installing solar screens, I highly recommend Waldo Glass Repair. Great quality, excellent workmanship, and a beautiful finished result!

My house was built in 1980’s. Windows have beautiful
Bronze aluminum frames still in great condition. Just had glass replaced and glass in storm windows too. Now it is wonderful to see clearly outside.
Highly recommend this company because all of the people ( David, the owner, Rosie, Alberto, Julio, Marcos) came with a positive work attitude and they professionally got the job done. It was so nice to know that Elpaso has one of the best home grown companies in the USA.
I will definitely use David’s Mirrors and Glass again!

I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed decision about Southwestern Home Products.
The owner personally came to my home, took measurements, and assessed the installation area, including seeing my dog. However, the pet door that was ordered and installed was the wrong size, which required corrections later on.
While I was willing to move forward and resolve the issue, the situation resulted in a significantly higher final cost. Additionally, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations, particularly in the finishing details.
I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating.
In the end, I am left needing to hire someone else to correct the work.
Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing all details and expectations before proceeding with this company

I had a broken window and was unsure who i could call to get it repaired quickly. Luckily I connected to the right person. David was very knowledgeable and came quickly eventhough it was a weekend. The job was done accurately and very neatly. He even worked around my large dogs and was able to gain their trust as he spoke calmly to them. I was very pleased with the job he did and he was also very reasonable with the price as well. I will definitely call him again next time and would recommend his services as well.

I had an emergency on a Saturday and called David. He came by, helped me clean up glass and then took my glass door frame to get a new glass installed. He brought it back and installed it with great professionalism. Everything was done within about 2 hours or less! Mr David....thank you very much for your assistance. I highly recommend anyone to call Sun City Glass.

Great service, communication, and great job replacing the glass on my windows at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Requested a quote and provided different options to fit within my budget.

Friendly fast service, highly recommend them 👌

Waldo's is absolutely the best and we mean the best small business to use for your El Paso window and glass needs. The estimate was fast, precise, and the replaced glass was a perfect fit. Now, let's talk cost, again of three estimates, they were the best price and when you factor in the replacement time, as a customer - we came out way ahead.

Thank you Waldo's Glass, you all are amazing!!!!!

I had a great experience with Sun City Glass. David is great! He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and did an excellent job replacing my window. His professionalism really stood out, and his prices were very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient. I highly recommend Sun City Glass for any glass needs!

Great service! I was moving and waited last minute to get my broken window fixed. With is being a holiday hardly any businesses were open. Npt only was David available but he came out quickly and got the glass replaced. It looks so much better than the other pain that was still in place. What a life saver!

I had an in-wall doggy door installed by this company, and it came out wonderful! I was a little scared because I knew they were going to cut a hole in my wall, but they were extremely cautious and professional throughout the entire process. They explained all fees and the differences in the pricing if wires had to be moved. I highly recommend this company! My dog Maxileo is extremely happy with it :)

Jaime and J.D. were very professional from the start. We had a vision and they came through. Installation of our dream glass fence, could not have gone any better. We are so pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Thank you all!

We recently had a glass resort-style fence installed in our backyard by Southwestern Home Products, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

JD and Jaime were incredibly professional, timely, and their expertise shined through every step of the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the project. What we thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be seamless thanks to their skill and attention to detail.

The office staff was also wonderful—kind, clear, and efficient during the payment process. We truly appreciate how organized and easy they made everything for us.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pictures speak for themselves. We were nervous at the beginning, but Southwestern Home Products went above and beyond. The finished fence looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier!

Highly recommend this team for anyone considering a project like this.

I called Sun City Glass and David was more than happy to help. He came to house measured and within the hour he had installed my glass. He did an amazing job!! David thanks again. I will definitely recommend you!

I had a wonderful experience using Waldo's Glass to replace two missing screens! The Gentleman was on time (early), and I was quickly provided an estimate by Yvonne! The turn around time was about a week, from estimate to install, and I am very happy with the results! Their prices are also very affordable! You will not be disappointed if you utilize their services!

I highly recommend Waldo’s Glass and Window Repairs for any window or door repair or replacement needs! They were incredibly professional, prompt, and did an outstanding job fixing my sliding patio door. Not only did they save me a ton of money by repairing the door instead of replacing it, but it now works better than it ever did before! Their pricing was very reasonable, and their expertise and customer service exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for quality work and reliable service, Waldo’s Glass is the way to go!

I recently had a shower panel installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team, especially Robert, did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. The installation was seamless, and they left the space spotless once the work was completed.

The shower panel looks amazing and works perfectly — it’s like having a spa experience at home. I truly appreciate the care and precision they put into the job. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Thank you for a job well done!
