Initially, I was satisfied with the work done. Four new windows were installed on 8/4/26. Rains came and on 9/9/26 there was a large leak in one of the new downstairs window frame (video below). The leak was large and wet/stained the wall and the carpet. I contacted the company that same night. I finally got a response 13 days later on 9/22/26--by that time I had fixed the leak myself. The damage was to the weather sealant between the siding and the brick wall right where the windows were installed. During installation, they understandably had to hamnmer around that whole area to adjust and fit the new windows which in turn loosened the weather sealant. Before their install service I had never had water leaks. I was not pleased with their lack of response to the issue.

I'm sharing this review to help others make an informed decision about Southwestern Home Products.
The owner personally came to my home, took measurements, and assessed the installation area, including seeing my dog. However, the pet door that was ordered and installed was the wrong size, which required corrections later on.
While I was willing to move forward and resolve the issue, the situation resulted in a significantly higher final cost. Additionally, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations, particularly in the finishing details.
I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating.
In the end, I am left needing to hire someone else to correct the work.
Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing all details and expectations before proceeding with this company

David was quick to respond, and came out to replace our window the next morning after requesting his services . He worked fast and the work done was done beautifully. He built the window on site . I will definitely be calling him for more work in the near future since I have more windows that need repair/ replacement . I highly recommend ! His pricing was competitive and better than others I had spoke to . Definitely worth the amount paid .

We had a couple of window screens (different sizes) that needed to be replaced. I called a few places but Waldo's had the best price in town. I took the screens in and received an estimate and approximate date of completion. Sounded good so I went ahead and made arrangements and paid a deposit. I was called when they were ready for pick up. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

I was going to purchase extra for installation since one of the windows was on our second story, but was advised and felt confident afterwards on installing myself. Really appreciate the pep talk! It was easier than I anticipated. Look no further!

They are located in a parking lot with other businesses (business district). You'll see their "garage", sign and suite after entering the shared lot.

They were great! Quick to return phone calls respond to any emails and did the job perfectly.

Last year, Waldo's Glass was sub-contracted to do window repair work on my house by Smith and Ramirez Roofing of El Paso. The roofing project itself was problematic, but Waldo Glass just added to the aggravation that I experienced due to the following: 1) Constant re-scheduling of dates/showtimes; 2) Questionable rationales for not showing up to 'agreed on' date(s) (i.e. It's too windy today. I need a helper to hold the ladder). The excuse that a helper was needed to hold the ladder was a bogus one, since a helper did not show up to assist on the actual day of repairs and repair day was a one-man show; 3) Unnecessarily damaging the window frames while prying out the window screens. This was totally avoidable. Why was I just not told to remove the window screens of the windows that were to be repaired? Digging into the window frame to take out the window screens is what damaged the window frame. Make it make sense! 4) Failure to install the new window frames; 5) The new window screens 'Do Not All Fit'. It would have to be an extreme case of needing widow repairs before I would ever consider using Waldo's Glass in the future.

Fast and good quality on the screens for two
five foot window screens. Great price ($51) since these were oversized screens. Had previously called around to other screening business who were quoting double.

Repaired broken cabinet mirrors and a broken master bath large mirror. Very professional cleaned up his mess and it was reasonable . I'll use them again when I have to. He was worth every dollar and was on time!

David was highly responsive and communicative. He was on time, fixing our glass quickly and did a some extra sealing. I will definitely use Sun City Glass again!

I called Southwestern Home Products because I had used their services years ago; it was a familiar name and I had gotten good service. The customer this go-around service was EXCELLENT from start to finish, including thoughtful questions and ideas for a 2024 bathroom remodel, and follow-up from management and the office staff every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by this company. I needed a window replaced and getting an estimate from Waldo's Glass was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable and the work was scheduled right away. Osvaldo came right on time and he did the work in no time. Yvonne, whom I spoke to on the phone, was also great. All in all, you can't go wrong. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company.

Had sliding glass door rollers replaced. works better than new. The owner
of the business did the repair with a helper. The job site was cleaned and it was a very pleasant experience. The men obviously are professionals who enjoy the work they do!

We met JD when visiting our neighbor, he was double triple checking his measurements. We asked him to show us the retractable shade products and he did!! by the end of the conversation he was at our house taking measurements. JD was very nice and very knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions. It take a couple months to get them because they CUSTOM made and definitely worth the wait. We were kept informed of any delays and issues. When they came the installers were super nice and explained how to use the remotes. JD also came by to make sure I was satisfied with everything and WE ARE!!! in the afternoon the sun shines directly into the living room, with the Southwestern Home shades it's at least 10 degrees cooler immediately.
