Chris and Jarrod came out and cleaned up the water damages and helped the plumber find the leak. Would recommend them to anyone who needs mitigation services in the future.

When our office flooded, my first water damage clean-up and drying experience was made much less traumatic by SERVPRO of HEB and in particular James, who is professional, respectful, helpful and did everything he could to protect my property and belongings.

Claudio Ropain referred the company to us and we called to get fixed a water damage. They were available on December 31st when most of the companies are not available, so that was a plus👍They sent Jeff, who was very responsive and helpful. Within 4 days the issue was fixed. I would recommend this company if you need to get your water damage done.

We had water damage and mold growth in our bathroom.  The guys who came out were very informative, professional and helpful.  They contained the area, removed the water damaged part of the bathroom, and got rid of the mold. Would definitely recommend!

February 16th, I had a pipe burst and had inches of water in my 5 year old Manufactured Home. Servpro came out to handle the water damage. They put 35 fans and 2 large dehumidifiers in my hallway to kitchen and told me they were maxing out my power. No generator no electrician. They left at 5pm. At 2am my house burned to the ground. Never a word...only a bill in the mail. This was total devastation for my family. Nothing can recover what memories photos , and all our belongings. my wife and son barely escaped the fire. Unfortunately our fur baby tess was lost. Here the date is April 6th still no word from your company.

Misty went above & beyond to accomodate me. She was so helpful & in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. She proved to be much more helpful than my own insurance company. She walked me through every step & I can't thank her enough for her patience & understanding at a time when I needed it most

Pass on this company! We tried to use them for duct cleaning. They charge $250 to provide an estimate, and screw you on the pricing. I have 3,000 sf house and their estimate was $5k. Just fyi and best of luck finding a credible company.

Jarrod Bearden works In flood restoration. On a professional grade I give him 10 stars and nothing less. Not only is he good with customers but he’s a hard worker! Focused, driven and on top of every task he is handed. Able and willing always wins the race. Give this guy a raise. He deserves it in every way.

Love this company and everyone we interacted with during our restoration of a "small fire" in the master br. Mattress caught on fire and went up like a torch. Fortunately we extinguished it our selves using trashcan filled with water. Destroyed bed, linens, carpet , bookcase, contents. Great communication, sniper follow-through, and quality cleaning, pack up and load the POD. Reconstruction was restored to better than original. Team members James, Sean, Robert, Dominic, Dustin and especially the hero assigned to our project - Diana always genuinely.

Sean Killingsworth was so very helpful in a very stressful time. Hurricane Ida dropped 3 pine trees on my house. Sean and his team, Jeff and Jake, drove down my street the day after the storm from Dallas. It was a miracle they showed up. They came right in and did there readings and were very kind. Sean was at my house for several days and was very calm and understanding. You need people like that in a very emotional time. Thank you Sean and Dallas Servpro!

We had water damage from a burst pipe in our home. Our insurance claims office sent Servpro of Hurst-Euless-Bedford to do the cleanup. We had a crew working for 5+ days and we cannot speak more highly of them. James was our Production Manager, he was exceptional – helpful, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and fully transparent throughout the entire process. James together with his team of: Scotty, Jeremy and Zach moved furniture and contents as well as removing 2,000 square feet of hardwood flooring, subfloor and baseboards. This was followed by the dehumidification and drying process.
James continuously monitored, documented, took measurements and photographs and kept us informed through the entire process. James and his team were dedicated, respectful and considerate. We really appreciated this during what was a challenging time for us.

Insurance company sent ServPro out when we discovered a water leak. ServPro sent out Jose who was professional and sensitive to our family's needs and concerns due to not only the water damage but our Covid-19 concerns due to at risk family members. The company was great at keeping us (at our request) with minimum new people in our home to take care of our water cleanup. Thank you Jose for keeping our stress at a minimum with communication and professional service.

This company has been nothing but kind and hardworking for my fiancé
and I after our house caught fire in March. They go above and beyond to communicate with us on a near daily basis and they have fought for us with the insurance companies as well. Lindsey and Steven especially have been incredible to us during this tough time. Efficient, communicative, and kind are all words I would use to describe this team.
