I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent Servpro out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Isaiah was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot express how easy they made the process. I would recommend Servpro, Isaiah and his team to anyone. These young men know their stuff. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. SERVPRO also assigned Jessica to coordinate the mitigation and repairs with my insurance company. I highly recommend SERVPRO of HEB.

My condo building experienced a major water leak that took out my entire hallway. Servpro came in the middle of the night on a weekend to start surveying the damage. They quickly started setting up fans in the hallway and in individual units to minimize the damage. Sean and Garrett came back every day to monitor and measure moisture in my walls and floor and kept me updated on the progress. I’ve never had something like this happen before so I wasn’t sure how the process would work. They also sent over Alex and a project manager that will oversee the insurance aspect and the rebuild. I am not originally from Dallas, and do not know any local contractors so it was helpful that this company handles everything from the cleanup to the repair. Its definitely something I wish I wasn’t dealing with, but they have made things pretty seamless so far.

I've had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and i'm amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out. Not only are the so nice and respectful but they actually take the time to explain everything they're doing and how the progress is going with each visit. Even the ladies that have called me to inform me of their arrival have all been so nice. I recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. A+ Company

Several weeks ago, my wife and I experienced a water heater leak. I left a dry house at 10:00 a.m. and my wife came home to a leak around 12:30 p.m. We have used ServPro in the past, so my wife called and by 2:00 your crew was on-site and working. They placed 21 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers to start the process. Andrew Dempsey was my primary contact and I also worked with Griffin and Raul. I cannot say how much I appreciate these guys and the work they did. Each one was attentive to our concerns, always willing to listen and explain things to me and my wife. I was impressed with their work ethic in that they contacted me every day to tell me when they would be coming by to check on the house and/or to communicate how we were doing on drying out the place. Even though the house was a mess, I appreciated their respect for my property and doing as little damage as possible to mitigate the moisture and potential problems in the future.

Lastly, I must add that at the time of the leak, I had 3 dogs (130 lb. Sheep Dog mix, 65 lb. Aussie, and 65 lb. Golden Retrieve) and because of the heat, they were spending a lot of time in the house. Your guys were great, they were very understanding and accommodating to the herd’s need to see what was going on in the house and to give them daily sniffs.

These guys are a credit to your company, and should I need water reclamation services in the future or know someone who does, be assured that my recommendation will be ServPro.

They responded quickly and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our ceiling and walls from a leak. Mike came back every day to check on the drying process. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions.

We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. HOPEFULLY we won't need it again, but if we ever have another accident, we will definitely contact servpro. Thank you Mike!

My wife and I bought our dream house on July 4th weekend and on September 1st, the heavy rains cause a roof leak. Flooded our sunroom. Insurance sent Blackmon Mooring out to start mitigation. I was expecting white glove service but they drug their feet and after ten days of not fans or dehumidifiers, I fired them and happened to call ServPRO. I have been in management for over twenty years and José and Carlos exceeded my expectations. They got to work right away and even cleaned up the mess Blackmon Mooring left. These men worked nonstop at removing all the damaged flooring, walls and ceilings. They were very communicative and punctual. I cannot recommend them enough. The work was clean, precise and they treated the situation better than we expected. Very professional and very comfortable with their work. Thank you José and Carlos, you have made a very stressful situation much easier on us. We will call you again when needed for sure.

Dryer pipe cleaning improved efficiency, clothes dry faster now!

These guys are incredible. Which is saying alot nowadays!

Please do not use this company. I am using them right now after a partial house fire.

1. They told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks before we got our clothing return and it took 2 1/2 months.

2. They discarded numerous personal property items without verbal or written permission. We did not even have a chance to examine those items and see that they were damaged or non-salvageable. They just whisked them away to some warehouse and then discarded them.

3. They returned our clothing to us and several items are missing.

4. The shirts, suits, and hats are wrinkled and damaged. They clearly did not treat them like a dry cleaner would.

5. They sent someone else’s clothing to us. It’s a box with someone else’s name on it. So my concern is did a box of my clothing go to someone else accidentally?

6. They do not communicate well to the customer or to each other. The owner, Ricky, assured me last week that they do not discard anything without written permission. Today I got a phone call from Marta, their main person who does all the packing out and cleaning. She said yes, they did discard numerous of our items, even though we did not give written or verbal permission. When they took everything away three months ago, they told us they would inventory and have us physically examine to see if we wanted to keep or discard if it was not cost-effective for them to clean it. Not true, so either they lied or they just do terrible care of your personal items and don’t care.

I just hope they don’t treat other customers this way. How would they feel if someone went into their house, emptied out their house, and threw stuff away even without their knowledge?

I would give negative stars if it were possible. How they have a 4.7 review is beyond me. Don’t trust the five star reviews on this company! Sadly, there’s no regulatory agency to whom I can complain so basically I just lost my personal property and have no recourse. Very disheartening.

The pack-out and pack-back services were very fast. Service Master really did a good job protecting my things from being damaged. Marta was great with open communication and answering any question.
