I am the type that never write reviews, but I had to make an exception.  We had a water leak in our wall due to a busted pipe, and immediate panic set in.  Shane from SERVPRO came right out same day to look at the damage.  He assigned his best lead tech, Mike, to our case.  Mike was out the very next morning going over all the damage in full detail and letting us know what to expect in the coming days.  I would refer Mike, Shane, & SERVPRO HEB to anyone!

Servpro recently came to our rescue after our French drains couldn’t keep up with the rain. Shane and James were both honest, and extremely thorough with assessing our house and what needed to be done. While I hope we don’t have to use their services again(for a flood) I would recommend Servpro to anyone.

Sean from ServPro was so very helpful during this process and kept me informed of each step! He certainly made a stressful situation tolerable! I have dealt with water damage in units before and the communication this time (through this company) was excellent! Major kudos to Sean and Sara thus far!

Our master bathroom flooded into the adjacent closet after a sewer backup, and within a few hours of submitting my information online, Jeff was on his way to assess the damage. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to remove all of the moisture from the area and had fans and a dehumidifier set up within a short period of time. Do not trust this company. They will way over charge you and try to convince you that you need unnecessary treatment. We called them in an emergency and they took advantage of us. We called another company the next day and the other company confirmed that they ripped us off and the other company has helped with reasonable restoration.

My mother and I own a Townhouse together. I experienced terrible service and damage from a plumber. In sheer panic as water was flooding into the extra bedroom covering the wood floors and expensive rug, a phone call away was Servpro that saved the day ! They were immediately at the residence with calming reassurance that the situation was under control. That it was !
James and Ryan were even apologetic for the rude demeaning attitude of the plumber.
Efficient, Courteous, and highly recommended. The service office and both gentlemen were prompt and helpful. They were sure to follow-up with equipment , explaining the clean-up process on our time schedules and with insurance. These days a Google review can shape your business. Fonda Martin and I certainly recommend Servpro for your restoration. They are sure to help stop the damage and ease your mind.

Dakota and Henry came to help me move out of my apartment after I did research that Servpro did pack outs. They responded within a few hours and in a very timely and professional manner. They did an excellent job and would recommend them anytime to do your move out.

Servpro was so helpful when I had water in my house. Dakota came out the same day. He was efficient and set up fans to dry the walls after removing the baseboards. Aaron came out 3 days later to make sure all was dry before picking up the equipment. I would recommend ServPro to everyone. Both techs were polite and informative.

I am so thankful for Sean at Servpro! He responded to the office flood within 45 mins. He explained the process and was clear of what the next steps were. He visited the office each day to ensure rooms were drying appropriately. Sean provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Servpro. Called Servpro and spoke with Mary about possible water damage from a dishwasher leak. She was able to get me an appointment the same day for someone to come out and check for moisture in my kitchen floors. Mike came out and was awesome. He was very thorough and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help.

There is absolutely nothing good to say about this company. It was the worst experience that I could imagine. They lack any sense of integrity, professionalism, pride in their work or any idea of how to treat a customer. They sold me on their reconstruction services after having a pretty good experience with the water mitigation service. I was promised everything and got nothing. They took forever to accomplish anything. I was supposed to have a "project manager" who would make the process smooth. Instead, he made the process chaotic by not getting our preferences for anything and then they punished us when we told them that they had done something wrong. The punishment was delaying the process by weeks each time. There was basically nothing that they did correctly... floors, countertops, backsplash (the tile was never ordered and we were not told until the day it was to be installed), paint, hanging cabinet doors etc. The worst was at the very end when they reinstalled our stove and we noted a 2 inch gap between the cabinet and the stove that was not there previously which they said was "within industry standard." I'm still finding things that they did incorrectly 4 months later. They had done the packing and storage of all our belongings. They basically held them hostage until we signed an agreement that there was nothing wrong and that we accepted the job as it was done. At that point, we just wanted them out of our lives so we had to sign it in order to get our stuff back.

In short, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have never had to deal with this type of issue but woke up to water coming out of the walls. Had to call insurance who in turn had me call Servpro. Sean Killingsworth was here within minutes and started assessing the water damage. He was very professional, very friendly, and walked me through everything that needed to be done. My anxiety that was out of control was put at ease. Couldn’t have asked for a better person (or his helpers) that were also extremely nice. I would recommend this company over and over again. I came home from a two week vacation and found a note that my neighbor had written taped to my door. His letter said that water had been running from my house and that he turned off my water.

When I entered my house I saw that my linoleum flooring was curling. I immediately called my insurance company, filed a claim, and asked what I should do next. The agent recommended that I call ServePro and gave me their number.

I called them and the girl told me that they would find an available technician, and let know how soon they could arrive. About ten minutes later I had an appointment within the hour with a guy named Aaron. He came and did a moisture inspection and provided a scope of required work... And he spoke to the Insurance person for approvals by explaining all known damages. Then they gave him the approvals to begin mitigation services.

I am really impressed with how quickly Servpro came out and how Aaron assured me of how they would proceed with getting the damages repaired.

I called the company at 2pm to advise that I had had a major leak going from the attic where my water heater and condensation line exist, all the way through the wall down into the master bathroom. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Chase showed up at 3pm on the dot and spent half an hour inspecting the entire area. He came up with some issues, nothing major, and gave us great advice as to how to remediate. The company could have charged us almost $2000 to remediate, but they gave us the option in good faith and said they'd be there for us if we needed further assistance. Will always call them for service in the future!
