It was great working Max De Lachica with fast responses and great service.

Worst customer service and experience ecr. One of their drivers of a box truck hit and destroyed my daughter's basketball goal. I called and was told by the owner he was going to not do anything about it because the goal was in the street. At that point I explained the goal as in my grass area and nothing was in the atreet path. Still nothing to this day from Him or the corporate office. I've tried to get a response from corporate over 6 times with no return call of plan to rectify the same to my little Girls basketball goal.

Max De Lachica always happy to help, and eager to find ways to help. Energetic and the entire team is quick to respond request.

Anna and the ladies was the best. On time and work fast and good. Excellent ladies to use I would use this company more often just for these ladies that came to help. I feel they need a raise they work hard

It was a very professional experience working with Service Master team. Things were done timely and foremost correctly to remove water / moisture without rushing in. I was always informed of the things going on and educated on the process by leads. Our personal property was also kept safe the entire time by SMR team.

I appreciate Lisa's positive attitude and the incredible project management skills. Her optimism and dedication contribute to an overall amazing experience for customers.

Very caring and professional. It was a very difficult time for my dad and the Service Master Reps were extremely patient and kind to him. Although they were doing a walkthrough of the home with us they would stop and listen to my dad tell them stories about different items in the house that had significant sentimental value to him. Especially since my mom had recently passed away and her Angel figurines were damaged in the house fire.
Thank you for your empathy you showed my dad & thank you for the great job you performed in Salvaging items in our home and taking good care of our personal property.

I had a drain that overflowed and Jaylon the technician that responded on the behalf of ServiceMaster Advance Restorations was exceptional. All questions were answered, lingering concern regarding issues related to water damaged was put to rest. An issue that could have been very stressful was handle highly professional and made the customer stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

The ServiceMaster team did a great job from start to finish. We appreciated their frequent communication, and they were always courteous and responsive to our requests. Our job was done earlier than promised, despite having to pack us out and move us back into our home. I would highly recommend this crew lead by Mark Thompson and Claudia.

I have worked with Max on multiple projects now, from fire job cleanups, contents cleaning and furniture repairs where he has shown himself to be a true professional. He keeps in touch on a regular basis updating everyone at every stage. His team are very polite and super nice and always on time. Max from Service master is my go to guy. We recently had mold/water damage in our kitchen and contacted Service Master for help. They were a godsend during this stressful time. From the quote team of Keiyaun & Leon; mediation team of Jameon, Marcos A & Lisa M; the restore team of Mickey, Wade, Manny, Dihn, Abel, Humberto, Kali, Bairon and office staff of Jennifer, Kim & Rickey. Each and every one of these hard workers always answered our calls no matter the time of day, worked well into the night and even came to our home on weekends to check on the job/progress. We do not know what we would have done without them. We highly recommend this amazing company and would give them 10 stars if we could. =)

Chance and Miguel were awesome! They got here when they said ! They were very helpfull ! I ask them to take and old couch out to curb when they got there stuff loaded and they said no problem!
I have yet had a problem with all the associates I have dealt with all were friendly courteous and would do what I ask with no problem at all !

ServiceMaster did an Awesome job when we suffered a water loss not too long ago. Max, Ricky and Kim went out of their way to help my family and I and we owe them a huge Thank You. Not to mention, Keiyaun, Jameon, Marcus, Marcos A, Marcos B, Miguel B and everyone else that helped during this time.The Recon team did a great job also. Dinh, Manny, Abel, Humberto, Angel. Outstanding team!

Kyle and his team did a great job for us after the fire. They came in and packaged up what they could in the cabinets. Mostly cups, plates, bowls, and other high value items. They were quick and professional.

Chelsea Cook water clean out crew went above and beyond! She was very thorough and communication was perfect! She really is the best and made this experience way better than we expected. Hopefully we never have to go through Altus process again but if we do I will be requesting her again!
Chance in pack out was great to! He made sure to communicate with me and get everything packed out nicely.

Max De Lachica is the best!! He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to restoration and has always made it his duty to show up and explain the process to my staff and clients. He IS the Go-To-Guy!
