The gentleman that we’re at my house today to do the service of cleaning my ductwork and AC unit, were very kind and courteous, explained everything so that we understood, did everything correctly and neatly. First off I called late on Friday, Dec 19. got a rep asap, asked to have our couch cleaned thinking it would be a few days, they were able to schedule a tech immediately to show up the next day, Saturday AM, between 8-9. Then Isreal was on time, professional and extremely pleasant. Isreal went over the entire process. He did an excellent cleaning!!!! Stanley Steamer has made a customer for life! Kudos to your company for hiring amazing staff🩷 and an amazing service!

Jonathan did a fantastic job on my carpet and hardwood floor cleaning. The carpet looks better than it did when I moved in 5 years ago and another company cleaned them. The hardwoods really look amazing cleaned and shined. Definitely recommend and will be using Stanley Steamer going forward for cleanings!

It cleans really good, and the price is reasonable, only if they don’t charge more when the technician got here- they will try to charge double the fee if the room is more than 300ft, which is unreasonable to me because they are not charging less if the room is smaller than 300ft. And they did not really help move even the small things around, they just worked around it without telling us, so I had to follow through and make sure the technician clean every spots. At the end, they will ask for tips when checking out, I was told it is optional tho. I would still recommend it, but you will need to stand your ground when they find this and that reason to charge more and follow through the entire process to make sure they got every spot. And the tech did not really explain much of the process, but I am happy with the work.

Ferguson was very professional and knowledgeable about our rugs. He suggested we send them in for Cleaning, explaining they would benefit more due to the type of rugs and being main traffic areas. Rugs will be ready in a week or so. Can’t wait!

Stanley Steemer does not have great reviews on yelp and some services, but that was not our experience. We use them for an emergency dog situation in January and they did an exceptional job.

This time, we had several rooms scheduled to be cleaned on frankly old carpet. The First technician came within the assigned window and spent several hours working on the carpets. Jacob was polite, professional, and we felt a hard worker. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with two of the 6 areas. I called Stanley Steemer the next day and they could not be more receptive. This time they sent Dagoberto, who had done an exceptional job several months ago for us in an emergency situation. Dagoberto came in and did an excellent job on the two areas to our satisfaction. They’re not perfect, but I don’t think they could’ve been cleaned any better. We are very satisfied with the end result. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Khalil from Stanley Steemer did an excellent job cleaning my bedroom and staircase. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the process and shared helpful tips on carpet care, which I really appreciated. Everything looks great, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely use Stanley Steemer again and would recommend asking for Khalil.

Excellent experience with Stanley Steemer! I received a call the day of my carpet cleaning to see if I was available earlier than my scheduled window, which I really appreciated. Armando arrived on time, was extremely professional, and worked diligently throughout the entire cleaning. The carpets look great, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend! I recently had my couch cleaned by Khalil, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He came back for a floor cleaning 2 week later. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and sociable from the moment he arrived. His professionalism really stood out — he was courteous, patient, and very insightful about the cleaning process.

Khalil showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and made customer satisfaction his top priority. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely customer-friendly, and he exceeded all of my expectations.

I have used Stanley steamer many of times and this has upset me tremendously. My couch got WORSE after a cleaning. I have called and rescheduled a visit but am worried it will be another nightmare. This is not against the technicians as they were super nice…. - I have since called another company who came out this morning and made it look brand new. See photos. - first 2 are after Stanley’s cleaning-3rd photo is another company.
