Most people are like me I think, in that when you have unexpected family arriving from out of town you go into a panic to make sure the house is perfect. I hired Window Cleaner Pros to pressure wash all the concrete and cement areas, wash the entire brick house, and clean all the windows. My time frame was the problem. I needed it the next morning. I read all the reviews for WCP, and decided to take my chance and hope they can schedule me in the next morning. I sent the message at 11p. First thing in the morning I got a response, because it was an emergency situation for me Jeremy said he would take care of my place before going on his regular scheduled appointments. It was quite early. He showed up on time, first thing the next morning. Within a matter of maybe 2.5 hours my house was sparkling clean. Well before the relatives arrival. Amazing- on every level. Answered the phone on a Saturday, came out the same day, inside and out my apartment looks amazing. I also had some difficult screens and some tinting on a kitchen window that took forever to take off- no extra charge. I think my apartment was harder than anticipated and still, no extra charge. Patient and kind and treats his employees well. And, he backs up his work 100% and truly takes pride in what he does. I cannot even believe how much more light is coming in through the windows... they offer incredible value, no other way to say it.
