We had been waiting for several weeks to have Jeremy out to clean our windows. With the crazy amounts of rainfall we were having in North Texas, I didn't think we would ever get to have our windows taken care of. Well, it was definitely worth the wait! Jeremy Pummell gave us next day service the Saturday before Easter. He arrived promptly at 9 am and cleaned the outside of our 17 windows that had been neglected at least 5 years. The windows were sparkling clean in about an hour! I was so impressed! And his price was extremely fair - lower than I expected. Jeremy and his crew did a great job. The job required more attention to detail than they initially contemplated, and they got us on their schedule quickly and completed all that they agreed to do. They were referred by another company that could not fit me in. Jeremy and his crew came out on short notice, were kind, courteous and very efficient. It was a great value as well. Our windows are sparkling clean!

Window cleaning was good but they offered to repair a broken screen we had for a fee. When we got it back it was bent and no longer fit the window. After several attempts to fix it (the representative would take the screen and bring it back a few days later) they never got it right. After many attempts via phone, text and email inquiring about a new screen, not one person has responded to rectify the situation. Very poor customer service.

Jeremy provided me with an excellent quote, and what's more impressive, they were able to come out the same day! Leslie arrived and cleaned our windows with meticulous detail and care. Jeremy and Mike did an excellent job on windows that had not been cleaned in 4 years. They took off layers of grime and even paint over spray from a recent exterior paint job. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
