Overall, it is OK for the price. Stanley Steamer is at the top of the price for all carpet cleaning. I expected more from a well known established company. The rep was professional and nice. He was efficient and got in and out.

However, the upselling me for deodorizer is ridiculous and greedy from Stanley Steamer. I understand it’s a business, but deodorizer should be mandatory and comes with service unless a customer declines it. Also, for the price I was charged, there should have been “spot treatments” for aggressive stains. I just don’t think what I received was worth the money spent. I could’ve went with a smaller local company or rented something from my neighborhood grocer and did the same thing.

Marco from Stanley Steemer was friendly and focused from start to finish. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly he steam-cleaned our entire sectional — pillows included.

He easily navigated all the obstacles, including our four elementary-aged kids, and removed what felt like 2,000 miles of dust collected during our move.

As he was closing the ticket, he said, “Here’s your total — tip is optional.” I replied, “When you provide service like that, a tip is not optional.”

Outstanding service. If this is the standard at Stanley Steemer, they’ve earned a lifelong customer.

I’ve used Stanley steemer about 20 plus times & every time has been great. However, Fabricio & Rafael took it up another notch today. They went above & behind today!!! Fantastic work ethic & customer service.

Amazing customer service, Professional, knowledgeable, and great personality. Did a great job of cleaning while I moved items out of his ways very respectful and aware of others personal space. I could not say enough great things about Ferguson and the company as a whole. This is maybe our 5th time using Stanley steamer and it just gets better every time. Expectations were set that all stain may not come o I t and we know this, but he was able to get them all out and made our 6 yr carpet new again

I experienced the most satisfying carpet cleaning in all the years that I have done business with Stanley steemer. My technician's name is Jame. I referred to him as my technician rather than the technician because I will request him from now on. He was a true professional with the level of expertise that truly impressed me. He was timely,patient,careful and mindful of my needs. He was extremely organized and was able to finish in such a short time. I truly appreciate him. I would give him ten stars if it were possible.

We had Stanley Steemer come out and do duct cleaning for our dryer. After they came out we noticed lent blowing out of a nearby switch, when I took the box out and looked at it we were able to see the vent had been pressed apart. Stanley Steemer was the only ones that touched that vent stack, and despite the videos they claimed they didn’t have anything to do with it. They haven’t responded to my request to escalate the damage claim to the branch manager. I won’t be using them again.

Bobby and Dantwan were excellent! They explained the process and did a thorough job in cleaning out our ducts. I will highly recommend using their services to my friends and family. Thank you for the great experience!

The guy's did a great job! They cleaned every room immaculately. They showed me their work after they completed the first room to ensure my satisfaction. I hired them one week after another carpet cleaning service left my floors dirty and damaged my water hose. They were affordable and cheaper than the other cleaning service I used.

Desmond Armando abx Jonathan did an amazing job getting our carpets cleaned up from the tornadoes and hurricane debris so nicely in 40 minutes and still had tons to chat and guide us for next steps . I welcome them back with cheer!

We had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. They provided the name of the technician ahead of time along with a tracking link, so we knew exactly when to expect arrival, which we really appreciated. Damien was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing our sectional. Highly recommend Damien!

Excellent service from Khalil who went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my cleaning. His recommendations were relevant and helpful and I didn't feel like I was being up sold. I would happily recommend his service any time!

Both Brendon and Kendarion were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning the ducts -AND- cleaning up afterwards.

JORDAN did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He was upfront with cost, options for caring and protecting our carpets, and was very personable. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made it easy to trust he knew what he was doing and what they could do for us in terms of pricing and value. He did not pressure me to make a financial decision I would later have regretted or worried about. He was respectful and even took the time to make my daughter feel at ease. The carpets themselves look incredible! Only downside was the timing we were told was between 8-12pm and they came at 1pm. That said, their front office did call earlier to confirm that was agreeable. Would recommend!

This is an update to a review I posted yesterday, 10/22/2025. Our overall experience with Stanley Steemer was good; however, there were two very dirty return vents in the hall, that were not taken down and cleaned. The technician didn’t clean them because his helper had told him the paint was coming off as he attempted to wipe them clean. So after they left, my husband and I took the vents down to clean them, but unfortunately we were unable to screw them back up to the ceiling. Before our son could get over here to screw them up for us, Sean and Brendon showed up today (10/23/2025) from the Stanley Steemer Dallas location to screw our vents back on for us. They were so nice and polite. After screwing the vents back on, they also went into the attic to inspect the ductwork cleaning from yesterday and all was good. They did however found some debris that was left behind of the two holes that were cut out, so Brendon took those with him to dispose of, since the debris was sharp. Two very caring young men! We are happy customers and will use Stanley Steemer in the future as needed.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I received from Kayla. From the moment she arrived, Kayla was courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jaim made our couch look brand new again. Literally, it looks and smells amazing and has nice clean brush strokes and it only took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the outcome and his service. 10/10 would recommend.

Daniel was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about his work he was performing. He explained how it worked and what to expect when he was done.

Thank you to Sean Dyer and Lee James for performing a thorough AC duct cleaning service at my home today! They explained every step of the process clearly, including the service pricing, creating an access point at the furnace, and properly sealing it afterward.
I was especially impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They took great care to protect the wall corners, set up a curtain to block the doorway while the vacuum hose was connected to the furnace, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end.
Overall, their work exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services with Stanley Steemer!
