Brandon came into my home and did an amazing job! I was very personable and professional! Did some amazing work on the carpet, signed up for the 18 month plan and will be requesting him again to come out!

Ivan is phenomenal. He arrived early and was super courteous and professional. Our carpets were pretty bad and he set realistic expectations, he carefully explained the process and fully answered all our questions. The carpets turned out great. Ivan really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. He was early and worked past the estimated finish time, hard working and diligent. He’s certainly a great asset to the Stanley Steemer company. We look forward to having him back specially to clean our upstairs carpets.

Kahlil arrived on time and provided great service, professional and took steps to protect my walls. My carpets are so clean. We’ll use them again. Thank you.

Stanley Steemer Damaged Our Home and Refused to Take Responsibility

I expected professionalism from Stanley Steemer. Instead, I got damaged baseboards and a company that flat-out refused to make it right. Their crew caused visible damage during a service on October 30, 2025 — damage that did not exist before their visit. I even went out of my way to show their representative a separate, preexisting area near our dog’s water bowl so there would be no confusion later about what was new.

When I contacted them about the damage, management’s response was insulting. Rather than owning their mistake and fixing what they broke, they offered me a discount code — as if that somehow compensates for the damage done to our home. That’s not accountability; that’s avoidance.

Stanley Steemer clearly does not stand behind their work. If something goes wrong, they’ll leave you holding the bag. I will never use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice. A company that refuses to take responsibility does not deserve your trust — or your business.

A discount code doesn’t fix damaged baseboards.

Ferguson was AMAZING!! He was very polite, explained the whole on-site cleaning process and did an amazing job on the clean. He worked on 1 (8×10) area rug and 2 (8×3) runners in about an hour. He moved the furniture so I didn't have to lift a finger!! I can actually see the WHITE in my rugs again!! Lol. Will definitely going to book again on my next clean!!

Brendon & Gabriel arrived promptly for their appointment to clean our duct and A/ C system that I scheduled the day before with Brad. I believe that they did a good job but the reason I gave only 4-Stars was because the adhesive on the tape (provided to them by Stanley Steemer) used to close off the registers was so powerful that when they removed it, it stripped some of the paint right off of several of my registers! (see photos) Now I will need to get someone to paint them. I'm pretty sure they make tape that won't peel off paint when it's removed, especially since the negative pressure (vacuum) placed on the ducts while they were being cleaned would have held it in place without needing such a strong adhesive. It was an expensive service ($750+), and I'm hoping it really will help with my allergies as time goes by. It's only the second day, so we'll see.

Jeremy and Mike did a great job cleaning an acid stain off my driveway pavers running about 40 feet long and 3 to 5 feet wide. Can't even tell it was there! Can't recommend them enough!

Relayed arrival time and updated that they would be a little late which was not a problem. Owner was extremely professional and arrived with crew. We have a 1950’s bungalow with storm windows that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since then (perhaps an exaggeration, but they were filled with bugs and spiders, and dirt). They did an incredible job! The windows are sparkling with clean screens. They look amazing. It’s hard to find a company that will work with these old windows. These are your guys if you’re looking to spiff up your old storm windows. They are worth every penny!!

Jeremy was fast to respond and give a free quote for recent gutter cleaning, and the price was very reasonable. The job was done efficiently and expertly, and I absolutely will be using Jeremy for future work - on windows and gutters - again.
