I recently went out of town for work, I am in the remodeling/construction business. If you’re familiar with this kind of work, you may understand how dusty and dirty your home can get just from your clothing and material and/or tools. I didn’t have a chance to tighty up my place before I was to leave. I had the guys at Clearpointe Home Solutions come out to give my place a nice clean and man, I couldn’t have done a better job myself, these guys did a phenomenal job! If you’re interested in having any type of service regarding cleanliness or organization, these are the guys to hit up!

I wish I didn't have to review like this -- up to the point of cleaning day, Joseph was so kind and persistent with communication. For context, I ordered a deep cleaning, to which he provided a very detailed and thorough list of what to expect when they were done. I came home to so much dust in the baseboards and debris on the sink, among other things, which were specifically listed in the services and that I specifically talked with him about. I was very disappointed, but I thought Joseph would be so kind about this.

Well, it's week 2, and I've called many times, left voicemails, emails, texts, and even a contact request on Clearpointe's website, and I haven't heard back. Joseph, if you see this, I would like a refund. I wish it didn't come to this, but I'm starting to feel scammed. Since we were on a time crunch, I had to emergency call Superb Maids, and they did wonderfully.

Today I had a deep cleaning done for my apartment move-out by ClearPointe Solutions and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I normally don’t leave reviews but I met Katie., the cleaner , she was so sweet and very professional. She arrived on time, and paid close attention to every detail. My apartment looked amazing after she left. Everything was left spotless from the floors and bathrooms to the kitchen and hard-to-reach areas
Overall , ClearPointe Solutions made it easy for me and to avoid the move out fees. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them for my move-in to my new apartment.

Been using them for our office for a couple of months now. I Found them when looking for options around Carrollton and they've been solid every week. no complaints, building looks great

They handled full floor cleaning for our retail space and the results were really noticeable. We'd been comparing a few companies around Farmers Branch and went with Reflekt based on their pricing and availability. The viny! plank flooring looked brand new after they were done.
They also wiped down all the baseboards which made everything look more put Together

Had them do a deep clean of our office suite before we moved staff back in every surface wiped down, carpets done, restrooms spotless, looked like a new space.

Very quick to respond and the owner came out personally. Took the time to walk us through the entire process and made sure every question we had was answered. Fair pricing and an absolutely pleasant experience from beginning to end. Will definitely be calling Federal Dryer Vent Cleaning again!
