Omar with Frostys HVAC Is an absolute rockstar! It got up to 101 degrees in my home because our HVAC went down and he has us up and running in 15 mins! Very Professional, efficient and great customer service. That man deserves a raise! It's a hot summer out there. Stay frosty!! Omar RULES!!

I've used this company for both a new system install that a previous company mis-installed and a couple maintenance tune ups. Omar was my technician and was professional and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC services.

Our AC blew up during July when temps hit 100+. I submitted requests for quotes via Home Advisor, and Frosty called asking to bid the job. Overall they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Cleaned up the worksite and hauled the old unit off. I will use them for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Frosty scheduled my AC repair for first thing next day, they arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and replace the bunt capacitor in unit 1; they also identified capacitor in unit 2 was significantly discharged allowing me to proactively replace on same service call. Omar was thorough and very professional.

These guys were amazing fixed everything properly. They went above and beyond it was so hot with out my ac they changed everything even went in the attic for hours trien to find why my daughter's room was not receiving air they found the problem and thanks to these guys we have really cool air I give them an a plus very nice and very professional definitely would call them if you having any issues. For me Frosty’s HVAC LLC is the company to call! The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our unit quickly! The owner is awesome! I’ve used several companies in the past! They fixed it for a fair price!

We called Frosty's this morning, and a tech (Tony) was dispatched for same day service. He was early, which we appreciated. Our unit is more than 20 years old, and he dug in and found only a bad capacitor. He had the right part on his truck, and 10 minutes later - we had cooling! He then, as part of his service, cleaned both of our units and did a full checkup. I'm sure all of this would be extra charges from the big names. Frosty's installed a full system 18 months ago, and their service and quality is solid, no matter the tech that does the service, along with great costs! Frosty's is heartily endorsed.

After calling several companies, being put on hold, then having to call you back etc. Finally found a company that actually answers their own phone!!! My business a/c was down and they showed up within 2 hrs when other companies were giving me 2 to 3 days. They were quick, thorough, and good pricing. Will definitely keep their number for future business...home and my company!

Omar and his assistant were extremely professional and courteous as they repaired the unit, on time and explained the problem in detail. They deserve a 5 star rating, making our house cool once more!

My unit stopped working after changing some batteries, thinking it was an easy thermostat swap out, this should have been a quick fix. Hour tops. 6 hours later they fixed a fuse, rewired, cleaned up and left in cheery spirits. System is back up and running! So thankful! Definitely recommend!

We have had a great experience with Frostys! Omar has come to our house several times in the last two weeks to fix our (very old) HVAC system, and after trying everything to fix it—to no avail—he and Frostys were able to install a new HVAC system for us less than 24 hours after we requested one. Maria at Frosty's treated us like friends of the family from the very first call. She navigated our home warranty, our schedule, and the holiday weekend with ease. Her suggestions were practical and valuable. Most impressively, she acted quickly on the "yes"s and didn't take the "no"s personally. Started off as strangers but ended as committed customers!

Omar was on time, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He got our unit running more efficiently and gave us great tips for maintenance. Will definitely work with Frosty’s in the future.

Maria worked with me at 8 pm to get an ac system installed the next day. And although there was a problem with the condenser that was delivered Frostys did right by it immediately and my house has been nice and cool! The installers worked in 108* heat to get the old system out and the new one installed in one day. This company really understands how valuable good customer service is.

We have been trying to replace our furnace for a long time. Everyone else had denied us because we are retired and don't make enough yo get approved for financing. Maria took the time to help us get approved to finance our furnace. Within 24 hours our house was nice and warm. Omar with Frosty is absolutely amazing! He is very responsive and knows his stuff. He is great at explaining everything that is going on in a way you can understand. He’s honest and I fully trust him with our ACs at the house!
