I have to say firstly that I was highly impressed by Josè's thoroughness and attention to detail. He explained the whole process and took pictures before and after of the inside of my ductwork. I was shocked by all the "debris" that he removed. I saved the best for last. Josè Medina is a genuinely good person, and he represents Lowe's displaying the highest character. I was thoroughly impressed, and I highly recommend Lowe's. Money well spent.

Javier did an excellent job cleaning out the dryer vent. He also installed a basket cover over our exterior dryer vent. He was professional prompt and worked hard to clear lint backed up from a bird nest. Also he used proper metallic tape to reseal the transition from dryer to the wall vent. Le ft a clean work space. I would choose Lowe’s again if needed for my air duct and dryer vent.

He gave me a 30-minute arrival notice, explained very clearly what he will do, cleaned every vent very thoroughly, and cleaned up after his work. I am very satisfied with his work, and will use Lowe's again in a few years.

Excellent service. Very thorough, friendly and professional. Georgi explained the process to me so I would know what to expect. He showed me that my heater vent also needed to be cleaned and recommended a way to avoid mildew buildup in it. I appreciated that he took before and after pictures while I watched.
