The service technician was professional and answered all my concerns and questions relative to my clothes dryer duct cleaning. He took time to explain the maintenance and provided guidance if any problems arise.

Great company! Quick and easy scheduling and most importantly, it was cost effective. I just had a newborn and wanted to have my ducts cleaned due to the number of pets in our home. Jose did a thorough and amazing job. He was so polite and even took before and after pictures which he showed me after completing the job as well as emailing me a copy. I highly recommend Jose and Lowe’s for duct and register cleanings!!

Excellent service! Communication in setting up the appointment was seamless, and very quick turnaround of how soon they could complete service. Jose was prompt, polite and extremely professional. He took the time to explain the process and finished in the time he quoted to be complete. Before and after pictures were taken, which showed just how much our air vents need cleaning. They were also extremely reasonably priced with no hidden fees (i.e. add'l cost for # of vents needing cleaned). I highly recommend Lowe's!

Lowe’s charges a flat rate and price is not based on the number of vents you have in your house. They charged $499 to clean all our vents and $100 to clean our dryer vent. The person that performed the work showed us before and after pictures and did an excellent job!

Great company! We hired them to clean our dryer vents. The first time they came out, they informed us the previous owners never hooked up the dryer vents properly. They didn't charge us for the visit, and came back the next weekend once we had a line properly installed. Really appreciate their punctuality, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process. Thanks!

Lowe's did a great job clearing my air ducts. I had neglected getting it done for years, and the before-and-after pics really showed a lot of dust, cobwebs, and debris had accumulated over the years! They cleared them all beautifully! Ivan was prompt on arrival, and he was very professional and courteous! Overall, I am very satisfied, and would recommend Lowe's to anyone in need of their services!

Loew's did a great job in communicating when they would arrive. The contractor was courteous and did a very thorough job. Price was considerably lower than other outfits which I compared before I booked it. I would recommend them highly for this service.

Excellent service, price was as quoted (no upsells or changes) and technician was super friendly and very thorough. We also did the AeroSeal and it greatly improved our airflow through the system. Will see how well it worked when we get the next power bill but notice the difference. Would definitely recommend.

It always makes me nervous hiring people I’ve never met to come to work in my home. So prior to the beginning of my appointment, I had my wife leave with our children, you just never know who’s going to show up sometimes with contractors. Our service technician, Jose Medina, arrived within the targeted arrival window, and called when he was on his way. Jose Medina was one of the most professional contractors I have ever had in my home. He worked efficiently while still taking the time to chat with me about the process. After spending sometime with Jose, I felt comfortable having my family return. Jose’s work was impeccable, and he cleaned every vent and return in the house, 40 total! We are in the north east Ohio area. I highly recommend Lowe’s Air, and if you are in NEO, REQUEST JOSE MEDINA!!

Overall, the scheduling process was smooth. I was able to book the appointment online and I got timely text confirmation and reminders on my mobile. The appointment window was short (they don't make you wait the whole day!).

Two service agents showed up a few minutes earlier than the start of the 2-hour time window. They were courteous, took their shoes off before entering the house, and cleaned up the area after they finished. The service itself was done in 20 minutes or so. I paid $130 (rate negotiated by my HoA). An invoice and receipt was sent automatically to my email.

Easy to schedule with. They called in advance to confirm. Then re-confirmed in route. I received a picture and full profile of the tech coming to my house. Had received a quote from another company to replace my motor on the furnace. Actually had nothing to do with that. The Southern Comfort Tech found where mice were chewing on wiring at the outside unit. Much less expensive and fixed instantly. Lastly the tech built a mesh screen around the opening to block the mice from coming back and doing this again. Very happy we found the solution versus changing unnecessary parts. 2 thumbs up!
