We’re in Frisco and had an older system that finally quit. The technician explained different replacement options without being pushy. The next morning the crew showed up and installed the new unit. It’s so much quieter and my electric bill already dropped. Worth every penny.

Super easy to book, they texted me updates so I wasn’t just waiting around, and the technician showed up on time. Everything was tested and working perfect by the time he left.

Replaced both systems this month. Southern Comfort's Crew showed up early, laid down drop cloths, wore shoe covers, and worked hard all day. they explained how the new thermostats worked too (which I needed haha). Honestly the smoothest install I’ve ever had done in my house.

Steven Underwood does excellent job explaining our service maintenance on heating and air each year. Any recommendations for repairs he explains thoroughly with no pressure. Highly recommend Sailor’s.

I just had a great experience with Addison from Sailor's Air & Plumbing for a dryer duct cleaning. He arrived when they advised he would, educated me on a few things since this is our 1st home! He was very honest, friendly and made me feel at ease! I recommend this company 100% to any homeowner because they stand behind their work and I had already paid for the service but they reached out to me to make sure I didn't forget and got it scheduled right away! Don't find good customer service like this nowadays!👌🏾💯

Addison Neely, technician, came out to clean out the dyer duct. Besides expertly cleaning the duct, he also noticed that the connection to the roof was an old model and would allow water into the attic. Addison then was kind enough to explain the issue to the manager of the roofing company I know. That is now scheduled to be fixed. Addison went above board to help me out. Recommend Sailors

I called to get a routine A/C system check up. Our technician Cody was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed inspection report along with solutions. I was able to schedule him within the next few days for quality repairs and this has allowed me to be prepared for the upcoming summer. Great customer service and great company!

Not knowledgeable about plumbing , deceptive pricing . The guy came to my house with a trainee. Either one of them new what to do . He told me to get a new faucet so I did they came back to install it but didn't have any fittings
My sweet neighbor and I went to Lowes and I was fixed up in an hour . Please call a reputable plumber . Don't waste time and money with these clowns
