This company is evil. Do not trust them. I believe they paid for all the 5 star reviews or those reviews are from the workers spouses. I hired them to do a job and because of how nice they seemed I was excited to hire them. Fast forward, they never completed the job. I called them about it and they brought a guy out who said they made a mistake and it would cost me additional thousands of dollars. I believe they lied to get me to pay more in the end. Be careful of this company. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I wish I read a review like this before hiring them.

Josh is great. Shows up on time. Knows what he is doing. When he identifies a potential issue, he relates what he has found and does not resort to high pressure tactics.

I've worked with Southern Comfort Mechanical of Frisco on more than one occasion now, and they are always very thorough and professional when it comes to furnace services. They never leave any details unattended and have a great eye for detail. Recently, I used their services to do some furnace repair work in my house. The technician who came to help us was so friendly and had such a pleasant demeanor that it made the whole process go much easier.

Jesse was thorough and did a good job. He gave me a good summary of what he had done and what needed to be done in the future.

Luis is one of the best technician's I have ever had work on our AC system. Luis and Nick cleaned our system and they did a fantastic job. They worked very hard to get our system clean and where very detailed on the cleaning. Luis gave me many great tips on my AC system and spends the time to make sure everything is done correct. Luis and Nick are the best in the industry. If you need the job done correct just ask for Luis.

Ivan was on time & conscientious of my time - I had a Dr appointment that I needed to go to. He took care of the issue showed me where condensate drains & explained about periodically cleaning p trap. He had photos to show the issue. Very good experience

I always ask for Matthan when it’s time for our semiannual heater and AC checkup. I am a longtime customer of Allied American then Southern Comfort. Matthan is one of the best techs we’ve ever had.

Brian replaced two outdoor faucets for me and did a great job, even though he had a little trouble with one (because of how it was installed) but he got the job done! And it didn't take long at all! Brian for the win!

Another great experience with Southern Comfort Mechanical. I had my HVAC units serviced today. A very easy process with an easy to work with technician.
