I got mark derby for my tech. He came out to my house promptly, easily diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Will be asking for him again.

Tech (Trey) was thorough, and expeditiously completed the service. Advised on improving insulation throughout home for winter prep and what filters to buy. A++!

Keith came out to fix our hose bib that was leaking. After a quick diagnosis, he identified the stem had been stripped. He gave up front pricing and replaced the bib. Pricing was fair and he answered questions he had.

Britton let us know when he was on his way. He was on time. He also noticed while he was in the attic that there was water in the hot water heater pan. Incident averted. He said everything looked good on the heating system and if we wanted the plumbers to come out and take a look at the Hot water heater he’d get them out here for us. Great Customer Service!

I wanted to take the opportunity to say Thank you to Billy Go for send a very professional and polite worker named Keith Morris to help us out to flush our water heater system, before he came out ,we couldn't get water to any of the faucets thru the house, he explained how the the water heater had calcium built up, I would have never thought that would be the problem, He walked through the house and went to every faucet in the house and showed us what was causing the problem. I was amazed by his knowledge of plumbing he new what the problem as soon as we explained what was going on. I myself would highly recommend Keith Morris.

Keith was prompt in generating a proposal that I approved and he completed the hose bib replacement in about 40 minutes. He was courteous and had performed work in my house about 2 years ago. I am pleased with his work and will recommend BillyGo to others.

Jonathan did a great job!! I had a tankless water heater emergency on a Saturday. There was a leak because of a broken hose fitting. BillyGo was able to get Jonathan there on a Saturday within three hours. Jonathan diagnosed the issue but then noticed the leak was causing an electrical plug to spark and burn the decking. Thanks to Jonathan's work and attention to details he was able to solve the problems and possibly even avert an electrical fire in the attic.
