HVAC system replaced and installed. Great work. Installers very courteous and careful of my home.

We requested for a technician to repair a leaky toilet and sink, today between 12-2. Left work to come home for an extended lunch and the technician never showed. No one called to say they'd be late. I reached out to customer service at 1:45 to see what was happening and my call was answered by AI. I didn't get a call back from a human until 2:15, telling me the technician could be on his way. I told them to forget it. Very disappointing.

Exceptional experience with David at Frymire. Our water heater gave out on July 4th weekend & he was able to come out, drain & secure the unit while we waited a day to get the new water heater installed. He provided us with detailed options & walked us through the work that needed to be done. Update August 2021
I've now had the pleasure of working with Adam on my HVAC system and today Jay came out to replace my hot water heater.

This company is amazing and if you want on the spot service and great techs, look no further.

We are back to being able to utilize our kitchen sink. Technician Dave is very insightful and provided options. He got the sink unclogged and replaced a badly damaged garbage disposal. The dispatcher called and texted to see if plumber could be there early which is fantastic because sometimes it’s a long day waiting for house maintenance appointments.

Patrick Blanco was my technician and he was amazing. Fixed my capacitor issues (under parts warranty) and went above and beyond to make sure my outside unit was ready for the summer heat. Highly recommend. Thank you

This place is a rip off. Had a toilet water supply line that was leaking and I couldn't change myself so i called a plumber. Had an 8am to 10am appointment and the guy didn't show up until 3pm. I couldn't be there in person at 3pm to meet the guy so i had someone else to meet with him. Come to find out the water supply line did not need replacing and charged me $115 to replace a missing washer from a toilet. I called the next day trying to get an explanation and several days afterwards and I have yet to have someone to return my call. It's now going on over 2 weeks.

I Come back home 2 am Sunday morning and ac not working, house temperature at 86 degrees, From several emergency Services that advertised on Google, Frymire was the only one that come right away. Everyone else scheduled the service for the week.
