They arrived on schedule, and completed an issue with my shower pressure quickly and skillfully. The plumber was great and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I had Absolute Plumbing come out and replace a hose bib in my back yard. Everything about the experience was great - solid communication, friendly & knowledgeable techs, reasonable price (for plumbing work, at least), and no unexpected detours along the way. Really happy with the whole experience and will definitely use again & recommend.

Absolute Plumbing was amazing. I really appreciated the office staff going above and beyond to work around my schedule as a teacher. The technician, Zane, was so kind and knowledgable. He worked so hard to do the job in the most efficient and economical way. I will absolutely be using this company from now on, and I highly recommend them.

Leaking in my sink caused issues in my house. Absolute Plumbing came out the same day I contacted them and fixed it quickly for a decent price. Outstanding service by Larry, who carefully took care of the plumbing.

We scheduled a call on Sunday evening on the website. I was called shortly after 8:00am on Monday and the plumber was there around 10:00. Larry did an excellent job and was very friendly. I would recommend Absolute Plumbing and will use them in the future.

I called Absolute Plumbing for a leak detection. Office person was very friendly and understanding, listened to my issue and quickly identifed and efficiently scheduled an appointment that fit into my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and explained everything clearly. He was friendly, personable and got the job done efficiently. I appreciated the prompt service and professional manners from booking to the payment step. Price was fair for work comleted. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will be my go-to plumber for any service call going forward.

After a long string of disappointing experiences with other plumbers, our trust was pretty much gone. Absolute Plumbing completely restored our confidence, and we can honestly say we will never use another plumbing company again.

Zane was our technician, and he was exceptional in every possible way. He didn’t just fix our issues, he went above and beyond at every step. When we had trouble receiving emails, he personally called us and even brought printed copies of all receipts, quotes, and repair details so we were never left in the dark. That level of care is almost unheard of these days.

We needed several repairs, including a tub spout diverter, a new shower cartridge, and a valve replacement. Zane came to our home three separate times to make sure everything was done perfectly. Each visit, he was respectful, kind, and incredibly generous with his time. Zane even took his shoes off to protect our new carpet. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care.

Most importantly, he charged a very fair price for all the work he did, especially considering the amount of effort and professionalism he brought to the job.

Absolute Plumbing, and especially Zane, exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for honesty, skill, and genuine kindness, this is the company you want. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Our AC went out at 8pm on a Sunday, and normally that would be the end of the world, but Strittmatter not only answered the call, but got a tech to us right away. Andrew was so nice and so professional during the entire service call. He answered all of my questions and got us set up with the supervisor for an estimate for system replacement. James was awesome and gave me everything I needed to make an educated choice on our replacement. Overall very happy so far with the service and knowledge coming from Strittmatter.

Brian and the team came out promptly when I had an issue with the tankless water heater Strittmatter installed about a year ago. He and his peer quickly identified the issue, performed a workaround while waiting on the parts, then contacted me to set up a time to install the parts and get my system repaired.

Overall the response time, communication and customer service were top-notch, and I would recommend Strittmatter to anyone for their plumbing needs!

Felix Tijerina was absolutely a pleasure to work with regarding my purchase of a complete AC system. He was very thorough in determining what was the right size unit for my home and answered all of my questions as we went through the process together of meeting my needs. He took the time to help me understand all of my options and worked to insure I had a complete understanding of how those options contributed to the overall system. Strittmatter is fortunate to have Felix on their team as the face of their company!

Annual maintenance on our HVAC systems. I received a call stating the time of arrival - He was on time. He wore protective coverings over his shoes. He was very polite and considerate of my home. He was knowledgeable with the systems. He stated the time frame the appointment would take, and he was exactly correct. Our system is up and running Great. Thank you!

Brian and the Strittmatter Team were fantastic from initial contact through completion. The office staff was very friendly and responsive any time I called. I was kept informed on when a service tech would arrive and the name of the technician. Often they met or arrived early of their appt. time. Brian took the time to explain what it was he was there to do and provided a value add to our installation by making access more accessible to us than previously. I highly recommend the Strittmatter Team for your plumbing needs.

Brian was the most awesome service repairman anyone could possibly hope to have come to repair there pluming problems. He not only replaced our water heater, but went out of his way to answer question about a problem addressed yesterday by Brandon, who was also more than excellent at his job. So happy we have found a company to help with any future pluming problem, but to have so nice of people to come to our home. Definitely recommend your company .

First time using these guys and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and and speed of service.

My water heater started leaking all over the garage and when I called they had Brandon and Parker out faster than I had expected. They assessed the situation and went to work immediately getting me setup with a same day installation. Water had leaked into the walls and they gave me a heads up to where the water had spread with their moisture reader. They didn't try to sell me anything on the water, they just gave me a heads up so I was aware.

They then had the installation team of Nick and Zack show up a couple hours later and they quickly installed the new water heater. The area was setup well and cleaned up after they were done with all the trash and old tank hauled away.

All 4 techs I worked with were friendly, informative, worked with a sense of urgency and kept me in the loop with the progress.

Overall, a very good experience for a bad situation when the water heater broke.

Thanks for all the help, I will definitely call this company in the future.
