Andrew Smith charge too much for replacing two things that was already bought from the customer! And didn’t fix one thing that was talked about!

The technician Rene was courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to work on your home.

We had a tankless water heater that stopped working with 5 people in the house and no hot water including a severely disabled son. Technician did not introduce himself, was not prepared to conduct any repairs, and pointed out a leaking line but did nothing about it. He seemed primarily interested in getting out of the attic because it was hot and telling me that I voided any warranty because I did not descale the heat exchanger annually, how much it was going to cost for a diagnostic; even though the repair was straightforward and simple. He told me someone from the office would get to me the next day, which was 6 days ok. It was the worst service from Frymire that I ever received.

Adrian and Brian did a great job ! They were friendly and professional. They answered our questions and explained the process to us.

Jamal did a wonderful job! My air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He found the problem and fixed it. I forgot to reset the thermostat so it was 66 degrees this morning. Great job!

Cody was great and very helpful! If we ever have any plumbing needs in the future, we will certainly call him!

Quick response. Andrew arrived, I explained my issue and he had it corrected right away. Cost for the work performed was reasonable. Will definitely use they again.

Aaron was fabulous, he explained what he was doing, fixed a minor valve issue and will be coming back in next week or two to address AC issue. Today was too cold to properly troubleshoot A/C issue. I have a service contract to check furnaces.

Noel did a great job! Had a leaky gas valve to my furnace and he was able to quickly get a replacement part installed same day. Good communication and quality work, highly recommended 👍

Efficient-
Caught what could have been an error and a good catch with heat pump electrical set up if the heat pump goes out in extremely cold weather, not being connected. Called his supervisor and learned they the newer units connect another way.
He was thorough.
To be so young, I was impressed with his professionalism.

They showed up promptly at 10:00 AM which was time promised. They completed the job in a couple of hours. They were courteous, professional answered our questions and system was working well when they left. Great job and I would recommend these technicians and this company for HVAC and plumbing projects.

Patrick did a great job. He gave a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and pointed out some issues that needed attention. He documented everything and shared all of the pics so I could see exactly what the issues were.

Omar and Alex we very friendly when they arrived and also arrived earlier than we expected. They got right to work and completed a complicated repair quickly and professionally.

I needed plumbing services quickly and you came to the rescue. Arrived earlier than projected too. The tech's were knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed for the job (2 replacement valve cartridges). One was critical as it was stuck in the open position with water flowing at full strength.
