I used Absolute Plumbing to inspect and replace a kitchen faucet as well as a running toilet. I was able to get a prompt appointment, they were on time, and the repair was completed quickly and with no mess left behind. They even repaired a kitchen cabinet with a broken hinge without my asking! I was very pleased and will use them again when needed.

Absolute Plumbing has been a great resource. I have used these guys 3-4 times already in the last couple years and they have been timely, helpful and even taken the time to 'educate' me what they are doing. The last visit was for a hot water heater. They came on Monday to diagnose the problem and we were scheduled for a new hot water heater for Tuesday. They clean up behind themselves too. I will be using Absolute Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for now on...

I had a freeze bib that went bad. Called Absolute Plumbing. Was able to schedule the exact day and time I wanted. I did not want to take on the job myself, since it was set way back, around stone and mortar.
Larry came by today. As expected, the pipe twisted and snapped off. Though concerned that we might need to call in a masonry person $$$. Larry kept at it. Was able to fix it quickly after that and stayed with the quoted price.
Would definitely recommend if you are in the Flower Mound area.

I am so impressed with Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound that I must spread the word. I called them at about 8:30 am. I was surprised that they could fit me in later this morning. They sent me a text to say they were on their way about 9:50, earlier than expected. They arrived and soon had the problem fixed within an hour. They gave me a cost estimate upfront and I used a coupon on their website. The young lady who took my information was very friendly and professional. Since we had used them in the past she quickly found me in their system. Everything was so smooth. Thanks to Deb, Larry, and Kayden (sp) for a job well done.

I have hired Absolute Plumbing on many occasions over many years, simply because they're the best plumbing company around! They are thorough, meticulous, conscientious, trustworthy, and super knowledgable about all things plumbing. I like a whole lot about them, but my favorite thing about them is that I know they will do the job correctly, with honesty, and never cut corners. Larry was at my home yesterday and, as usual, was so efficient, so perfectly communicative, so knowledgable, and so kind. Debora, who does the scheduling and much more, is amazing! She is smart as a whip, super organized, also very kind (a recurring theme with Absolute Plumbing), and super helpful. I have relied on her for so much, and she always comes through! It's just a really great company that I can highly recommend.

The gals who answered my call were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a competitive quote on the call. They set up my next day service call...my technician Larry arrived right on schedule and was professional and great to work with...Absolute Plunbing...ABSOLUTELY!

We called Absolute Plumbing based on recommendations from several friends. So glad we did! They were able to come out the same day to replace a toilet cut off valve. Larry was very polite, courteous and made quick work of the repair. The estimate and total was much lower than expected. Great friendly service from the phone call through completing work. I had a dripping sink & wanting to replace 2 faucets and was able to get on the schedule quickly. I always do at least 2 quotes and they are comparable to others. I was talked through the work process and given quote before work started, and was updated as the work was in progress.

Absolute Plumbing has been my go to for many years. The office personnel are attentive and generally quick to get me scheduled. I now ask for Steven whenever I have worked scheduled. He’s knowledgeable, keeps me informed of work as it’s being performed and alternatives if possible. A great family owned business.

Absolute continues to be my go to plumber for anything from an underslab leak, to an emergency water heater replacement, or a standard faucet repair. Michael has always ensured that all my work is accurate diagnosed, coordinated, and scheduled professionally and properly. If you need a fair priced price plumber with excellent customer service in the North Texas area please give Absolute a try.

Five Stars isn't enough for this company. This is our second experience and the first was rated five stars, but they outdid that visit. We called at 8:01 and they had two professionals in our kitchen by 8:20, diagnosed the problem, bypassed it until we could get the necessary part overnight, and then had the repair done by 10:30 the next day. Competent, professional ... and what nice people. All of them. This one's a clear winner.

We recently had Absolute Plumbing come out to do work and they did an awesome job! When I called to schedule, Debra answered and was very nice and professional. Larry came out to do the work and displayed professionalism, expertise, and had a great sense of humor! He was timely, honest, did great work and cleaned the job site perfectly. I have used Absolute Plumbing for many years. They have replaced water heaters in my home (and have done the every 3+ year water heater checkup/draining), they have replaced undersink builder grade plumbing lines, installed new sinks, dishwasher & hookups, and replaced external leaky faucets. I don't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

5 stars – Absolute Plumbing saved the day in our household during the latest winter freeze. There was a suspicious gas odor in our house near an outdoor fireplace, so we had called the gas company to come investigate. They couldn't find the issue, although they tested that there was a leak, so they shut down our gas and told us to call a plumber. Completely panicked, I called Absolute Plumbing and within an hour they had a technician at our house. Anthony was spectacular in every way: assessed the situation, found the leak and repaired it, and waited at our house until the city came to certify the repair. He even helped me shovel the snow off our doorstep while he was waiting for the city! Everything was done efficiently, and he made it so simple to get our request for heat/hot water back within 5 hours of the initial call. (Atmos took another 5 hours to do their part, but that's another story!) I will not hesitate to call Absolute with any plumbing need in the future.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used Absolute, the last time was to replace my water heaters. They were out same day, and within 4-5 hours had picked up new water heaters and had them installed. Didn't miss one hot shower:) Today's issue was a bit more critical as we identified a gas leak in the attic, Atmos came out and shut things down and told me the steps. I was a bit worried about how long we would be without gas (hot water and heating) since this is the cooler part of the year. I called Absolute, the tech was at my front door before Atmos had even left. He had to go back and get the pressure gauges needed for testing and quoted me the price. They take care of the pressure testing, permits, and getting the city to come out and do the inspection so the gas company will turn it on. Here it is, 1:51pm and they fixed my leak, had the inspector out (Flower Mound is fast!) and the report has been sent to Atmos so they can come out and turn the gas back on. Can't say how much I recommend this company, fast, friendly, and always do great work.
