CR Plumbing installed a new water heater for us and did a great job. JJ and Christian came out to assess our old one and give us an estimate to replace. When we had follow up questions, they came again to talk to us in person the next day. The work was done one day later, and they were on time, very courteous, and explained to us really well. We would recommend to anyone.

Nathan and Christian were awesome! Both diligently worked, no goofing off. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, polite, courteous and respectful. Though it was almost quitting time, neither attempted to do a quick fix and leave, but instead fixed my leak thoroughly and promised I would never have to worry about that situation again. Nathan, explained why the leak reoccurred due to Lionel’s rush job. I appreciate both technicians coming to help me out and I will definitely request them again should the need arise.

CR scheduled our rental properties clogged kitchen sink the very next day after contacting them. Our service technician -Michael M. was great; found the problem clog and showed me an additional situation that involved our older 40’s era house’s kitchen sink not being vented. I appreciated him staying to drain rest the sink and explain the nature of our siphoning style sink and the possibility of adding a Studor valve to alleviate this problem. Courteous and efficient. They don’t start the clock until the tech starts working which is appreciated. Reasonable rates and quick phone response from the ladies I spoke with setting up the service.

The guys helped me move my drain line to accommodate the new sink configuration so the disposal would fit. I had a few other plumbing issues we discussed. First time using CR. Incredible experience. Pre-appointment communication was on point. Two guys showed up on time, with their little booties on, so my house wouldn’t get dirty. They were informative, positive and funny. Most importantly, they fixed my problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. Will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Christian came out and cleared a clogged AC condensate drain for us in the second floor bathroom. He was courteous and polite to my family as they carried on about their day as he performed his work. He made quick work of clearing the issue and said the office remind us when the problem may return with high usage next year. We plan to sign up for the maintenance and have everything looked at this fall as our home is aging and we want to prevent other issues. Extremely satisfied with the work this company has performed for us time and time again in North Fort Worth area. We will have them return to correct a running toilet and replace a kitchen faucet soon.
