What a relief!! We have finally found a plumbing company that is reliable AND honest.
While one visit might not seem enough to come to this conclusion, in my in experience it is.
Willie and Victor showed up when they said they would, assessed the situation and, expertly and efficiently, dealt with it.
They quoted the very fair pricing and didn't try to indicate a need for any other add ons.
It so happened that the morning of their afternoon appointment we had gotten a call from the city water department regarding a possible leak in our pipes indicated by water running in the street gutter that emanated from our property.
I asked Willie if that was something that he could look at and, without hesitation, he kindly checked the indicators and deemed that there was no leak. A French drain system that needed to be cleaned was the likely cause of the water runoff.
I asked if that was something CR Plumbing handled and he said it was.
I will make the appointment for that service next week and will rest assured that the same professionalism will be demonstrated.
10 years of intermittent plumbing needs have usually left me disappointed and frustrated with no one plumbing service ever being asked back.
I am SO PLEASED that CR Plumbing has broken this 'curse'.

Our upstairs shower was leaking into our garage when in use. Kaleb and his partner were quick to find the issue with the spout. Kaleb even let me know the replacement spout should be covered under Moen’s warranty (already called and have a new one on the way at no charge). Quick diagnosis of the problem and easy replacement with a temp spout until the new one arrives. Highly recommend Kaleb and CR Plumbing.

Over the last few months, my home has required major foundation and plumbing work, and the entire experience has been overwhelmingly stressful. Thankfully, our incredible Realtor, Jay Marks, put us in touch with CR Plumbing, and they were an absolute godsend throughout it all.

With plumbing, it often feels like a “we fixed this, but now we found something else” situation, and CR Plumbing stayed with us every step of the way. Chris was educational, kind, and deeply empathetic. The team was completely transparent about both the process and pricing, and they even went out of their way to be flexible when payment became a challenge for us. Communication was always clear and timely—Autumn was especially wonderful to speak with whenever we had questions or concerns.

Every person from CR Plumbing who stepped onto our property was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind (and occasionally a little goofy, in the best way): Chris, Larry, Olaf, Christian, and Jaden. Even Clayton, the owner, came by personally to check on the work. That level of care speaks volumes.

The reality of repairs like these is that they are expensive. CR Plumbing repaired a break in our laundry room, our washer box, our cleanouts, and eventually about 85% of our underground plumbing. It was a significant cost—but the quality of work, expertise, and peace of mind they provided made every cent worth it. They will be my first call for any future plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.

Shout out to DR Plumbing! Josh was on time, thorough and honest. Pricing was more than fair. In a day where it's difficult to get a call back, let alone getting someone to show up, the experience with Josh was a welcome change to that. Could not recommend more.

I called DR plumbing before they opened when our water heater leaked all over our garage. They came came right over. Josh was honest, polite, fair and able to take care of us the same day. Great price and assurance about the product and installation without all the fees and hassle of a large company. I would highly recommend them and use them again over a large company any day!! Josh and his team repiped our homes hot water lines by rerouting in the attic. They did a great job considering we have a 2 story house and minimized the amount of drywall cuts that were needed. Not having to worry about slab leaks is great peace of mind.
Also installed new hot water heater. Pricing is the best around too.

We experienced significant leakage from the tanks for our hot water system. Found Joshua and DR Plumbing on the FM site and he was at our house 20 minutes after I spoke to him. We currently lease and it turns out the owner wanted to use his appliance warranty company so I was not able to have Josh fix the problem. However, I wish i could have! I vary rarely have experienced such efficient and professional service. Josh was pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave us, and the owner, great advice. He said he'd be able to begin the repairs today. Now, who knows how long we will have to wait! Sorry Joshua, but thank you anyway.

Josh was very responsive to my call and did a very professional job of fixing my water leak caused by a corroded pipe in the wall. Based on the condition of the pipe, I decided to use him to replace all my hot water piping via running pix through my attic. We suspected that my tankless hot water heater, which was not installed properly. was constantly recycling and causing a problem with all my hot water pipes. In addition, I asked Josh to replace my tankless hot water heater with a Navien, which he recommended. All of this work was done by Josh's team in a very professional manner, and Josh went out of his way to make sure this work was done to my satisfaction. I just received my invoice for the water heater, and I want to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars! Josh and his team are superstars! They really know what they are doing when it comes to complex plumbing issues. Josh is a master plumber and that will speak for itself! I will not use any other plumber from now on. I recommend Josh and his team for excellent customer service, professionalism, and Knowledge of the industry!

I just wanted to brag about the wonderful experience we had with DR Plumbing. We called after hours, and someone was able to call us back that evening. We had an issue with the pilot light being out on our water heater. They came to our home at the said time and not only took care of our issue but also helped us with an unrelated issue. Josh and Greg from his team have been our go-to for plumbing and HIGHLY Recommend! They have been quick to come out (we’ve have had 2 emergencies in the last 6 months 😓) and are so responsive to questions/updates. They’ve come to reroute our pipes due to a leak underneath the floor, and for an outdoor faucet that wasn’t winterized. Special thanks for coming out ASAP in this winter weather!! A plumber came out quickly and thoroughly inspected a suspected leak, including removing dry wall and using a moisture detector inside. Took his time to be complete and never acted rushed. I was very impressed and will use again.

A few months ago, my water heater went down on a Friday afternoon. Josh responded right away with a plan to have us back up and running the next day. These guys did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. I would highly recommend them! Great work, excellent people!
