Our initial appointment somehow got lost but as soon as they realized- DR plumbing was quick to get it reschedule and make it right. Appointment went great, technician was quick, fixed our bad faucet, and answered all my questions. Also gave me a great referral for someone to help with a grout issue. Highly recommend. We had a great experience with DR Plumbing. It is very stressful to wake up to your hot water heater flooding the attic. We contacted DR Plumbing and spoke with Josh. He was very responsive, provided several options, and articulated the drawbacks and benefits of each of those options. Pricing was VERY fair. Josh was honest and communicative about scheduling. Called D R plumbing to fix a problem the whole house back up one plumber run a snake thru the house that didn’t fix it. Talked to Josh he came out Sunday morning to look at the problem was fixed where it we could flash the toilets. I was having surgery on Monday. I have Prostate cancer. I had broken pipes under the house so they had to replace 23 feet of pipe. Start on Monday and by Tuesday they had all the pipe replaced so system running time we got back from the hospital. Thanks to Josh and crew for doing a great job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Joshua and Greg, quickly addressed a gas leak situation. Identified the leak quickly and resolved the leak at the connection joint. Great thing about them is the way they cleanup after their service. This is my 3rd time using their service and I have been happy with their service. Greg especially has given educative tips.

Dr plumbing is not an ordinary plumbing company I have been working with them for years. They are very good at finding leaks Giving accurate estimates without coming back Asking for more, which has been a previous problem for me with other companies they were very fast. The response time is almost immediate. I look forward to using them for any issues to come.

I had given a call to D R Plumbing because the water faucet in the front of the house would not Turn off. I had someone disengage the water hose and the water was just pouring out. I just absolutely could not get the water to stop. So I looked up plumbers on Google and DR plumbing was the first one I came to. I contacted Josh and he advised it would be today before someone could get to the house. He also advised me that it would cost a certain amount of money and I asked if he would work with me on the cost and he said he would. They finished the work and he had decided out of the graciousness of his heart, that he was not going to charge me for the work done on the water faucet. My mother had just fallen and broke her hip on Tuesday evening, and I was a little out of sorts with everything and my mom and I don’t have a lot of free money laying around but with the water pouring out, it was absolutely necessary that we get this fixed. Today he sent me a text saying that the work had been completed and that he wasn’t going to charge me because we had so much on our plate. I am so utterly overwhelmed with his kindness and generosity, and he will forever be in my debt. And I will refer him to anybody that needs a plumber. I’m so very thankful. You’re the best Josh.

We called in Live Oak Plumbing to fix our drain. They came in and were honest about what need to done and what doesn't need to be done. The repairs were done quickly, with quality work and the price was fair. Hopefully we won't need them again but we do, Live Oak will be who we call!!

I have used several plumbing companies in the past 14 years of owning a home in Flower Mound, but I have never had such a good experience with any of them like I had today with the owner Don. He came with his apprentice to work on replacing my tub spout and cleaning my kitchen drain line. He gave me a very fair quote for the work and had both issues completed in record time. They cleaned up both areas perfectly. I will be using them again I’m sure with 4 bathrooms.
