Everything was great from start to finish with this company! They scheduled me for same day service, arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, explained what caused it, fixed my clogged sink, and asked if there were any other issues in the house they could look at while they were already on site. Very polite and efficient! The cost of service was reasonable and what I expected to pay.

Contacted CR Plumbing on Monday; they arrived promptly on Tuesday morning; identified & remediated the issue quickly; and charged a fair price for the work. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely contact them again for any plumbing issues in the future. Kudos to Nathan for excellent work!

Very professional! Two guys came to the house during the scheduled window, they wore uniforms and put covers over their shoes. They were fast and helpful. Highly recommend

Willie and Larry are great. They are knowledgeable, punctual and well prepared. They brought the needed tools to complete the job. Wille also provided education and suggestions to prevent future problems. The price was reasonable and quoted in advance. I will definitely call CR for any future plumbing needs.

They charged me around $4k early this year for improvising my HVAC and I took annual service membership for $350 with them. They came back for quarterly maintenance checkup in August and said everything is good and stuck their company sticker on my Water heater. And after 3-4 weeks there's a leak on the water heater pipe exactly near their sticker. When I called them and asked when they checked few weeks ago how come they didn't notice. They said leaks can happen anytime and charged me $500 to fix. I terminated my maintenance plan with them.

Job is done good so far. But your price is too high. Cost $ 407 just to replaced a trap & 2 tubes done in 30 mins. Too Pricey to recommend to my relatives and friends.

Willie and Pete were very polite. They completed the job and helped us located the number for the city. Willie let us hang over his shoulders so we could see the issue with the camera he placed down the line.I would have them back anythime.

Willie and Kaleb were knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. They listened to my concerns and the history of the soggy area in my lawn and were able to confirm that it was not a leak in the plumbing of the home but an irrigation issue. I'm so relieved to know we don't have a foundation leak and have ruled out home plumbing being an issue.

My water pipeline had to be replaced due to poor quality of the brand, it was a big project. I’m so glad that I found CR plumbing on Yelp. I chose them because I read their reviews and seems everybody was happy with their work. And it turns out to be such a right move.

Andrew and his team mate showed up in a timely manner just like they said, and I could tell from the way they inspect and explain everything that they are professional at what they do compared to the first plumber that I called. Even though their quote turned out to be higher than the first one, but I eventually decided to go with CR plumbing because the way they do things looks a lot more professional and trustworthy. When it comes to big project like this, I’d rather have someone do the job right than saving some money but end up with issues to worry about frequently later on.

Jarrod the manager also showed up and trying to help out. He had offer me a reasonable price with financing options, which really helps in my situation.

Even with a big project including digging and cutting the driveway, they managed to show up early in the morning and had the water back on running for me by 5:30.

I’m a very impressed and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend CR plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. They are pros and trust-worthy.
