My technician Derrick was very courteous and professional. I was running late for my appointment and he waited for me. He also made sure my appliance was working properly before leaving.

Premier Appliance is assigned to service our washer/dryer through our warranty. We have left several voicemails and never received a call back. Our dryer sounds worse than before the technician worked on it. Furthermore, the technician left a mess after working on our dryer.

Contacted extended warranty to have refrigerator fixed. A technician from Premier Appliance Services, FRANK, came out and was in home for less than 5-10 minutes at most. He never pulled the fridge out, took out a tool, meter, or anything, nor did he EVEN BRING ANY TOOLBOX IN THE HOUSE. I showed him a video of the refrigerator making noises and he opened the doors, took a picture of the model number placard and said he would research and order parts. I got an invoice with no notes on it and he then closed the claim and billed for it. 2 weeks later, no call, email, or anything and I contact the extended warranty and they tell me my claim was closed. I called Premier and as many others have said, they do not answer the phone. I got the high call volume recording. Finally Ken replied via email and stated that they were aware my unit still was not fixed, but there were no parts to replace. But, he also told me I would have to open a new ticket to have a new tech dispatched to diagnose and order parts if necessary. WHY tell me you need a new ticket if there was nothing to fix? Then I was told that the tech wrote on the notes "no issue found upon arrival" even though I showed him a video of the fridge making noise, and he said they would order parts, and contact me to come back and install.

NONE OF THESE THINGS were in writing on the invoice. It appears this company has a habit of collecting easy money for in home "diagnostics" where they show up for 5 minutes, never pull a tool or meter out and then claim they are going to order parts, and then you never hear from them again. The email responses I received contradicted each other and when I called this out, I was then told that "Frank" no longer is with the company. I personally don't believe this company. They have said a lot of contradictory things, and their honestly and reputation is definitely questionable. I would avoid if you can.

If you get the same "experience" I would encourage you to report them to the Attorney General's Office, Texas Licensing Board, etc. BBB is ok, but better to report them to entities that can fine them, suspend their license, etc

Arturo called at 8 am to give us our two hour window. The window was 3 pm to 5 pm. He called at 230 pm to let us know he was on the way. Arrived on time and did the warranty work on our AC window unit. He showed me how to keep it clean. He was very nice and professional. Overall great experience!

Warranty repair for my washer. The time frame was different than the warranty had promised but the technician did his best to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt and explained the repair. And informed me how to prevent this type of problem.

Premier Appliance Services is handling a warranty issue with our washing machine. They came out for the first time over a month ago and ordered parts and told us he would return for repair within 5 business days. We didn't hear from anybody for over 3 weeks and had to reach out multiple times to get a tech back out. When he arrived he told us the previous tech didn't order the parts needed for the repair, and re ordered a part. That was over a week ago and we haven't heard from any body and can't get in touch with their office to follow up. We bought a whirlpool- the parts for this machine aren't rare. If these guys are handling your warranty they clearly consider it low priority and just blow you off as long as they can.

I received recalls on 4 window units at the same time. At two houses across from each other.
The technician had a plan and explained how we were going to do this before we even started.
At that moment I was finally able to relax.
I dreaded dealing with 4 window units ever since I found out there was a recall.
I showed him where everything was.
He did his repair outside. We went inside he showed me how to take care of this type of air conditioner. He also checked to make sure there was no damage. Took some pictures.
    The technician was very knowledgeable.
It’s unusual nowadays for someone to slow down and explain everything to you.
You can tell he is this friendly and enjoys helping people all the time.
I would recommend this company and technician.
    Thank you,

We initially had an appointment to determine the problem with our refrigerator. At that appointment the technician was immediately able to diagnose the problem. A few weeks later after parts were ordered and received by Premier Appliance Services, the replacement parts were installed in less than an hour and the repair was successful. The technicians contacted us to confirm the appointments and to let us know when they were on the way to our location. They were on time and very professional at both appointments. We’re very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Premier Appliance Services!

I've got nothing but great things to say about Premier Appliance Services. I've had a Midea window-mounted A/C unit as a supplement to the central air that one bedroom that struggled against the westward sun to stay cool. It worked great! And I installed it myself.

But then bad news hit: the company had recalled the unit, explaining that mold growth was possible.

I was not about to get rid of this thing, so I took the repair option. Premier Appliance Services sent out a fine fellow who took a look at the unit, cleaned it out, detected almost no mold, installed a new drain plug, and got it up and running in no time. But best of all, he educated me in how to better care for the unit beyond the manual: I now know how to clean other parts of the unit and what solutions to use to do so, and what parts are completely removable to make the job easier. This is the kind of service I always want! I want to be empowered!

And Premier Appliance Services made that possible. I'm now chilling comfortably and I appreciate the repairs made by a friendly, fast, and trustworthy repair guy. Thanks!

Service tech Chris was great, he me informed about his arrival time and arrived on time. He knew exactly what the issue was with my Frigidaire refrigerator, had the replacement part in hand and in 10 minutes it was fully operational again. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I have no idea where to start. This people don’t answer the call or no call back from them. Have no other way to reach them. We got the 5 year warranty for our Samsung washer and dryer, bought it from Lowe’s . My dryer stoped working, Almost two weeks now, the technician came and said the belt is broken. After that no answer. There is no way I could dry the clothes with this weather. We have two kids. Totally upset for taking the warranty. Poor customer service after paying all these money for the warranty. Please don’t use the warranty or use this providers.

I had an overall great experience with them when it came to warranty work on my refrigerator.
First tech was able to diagnose the issue and get a part ordered. I had a steady flow of contact until the part came in and then the second tech was very professional and got the compressor exchanged quickly and efficiently. He also did it on Memorial Day which I was shocked they had techs working on, but I was grateful for the flexibility when scheduling the repair.
So far it's been working perfectly and if I have any issues I know who to contact.

Helped with my Midea window A/C recall. Reached out to me once they had the parts, showed up when they said they would, then fixed and cleaned the unit without issue.

Premier Appliance completed repairs on our GE Refrigerator, that were fortunately covered under GE warranty. Joe originally diagnosed the issues, ordered parts and scheduled install within 5 days. He and Chris did the installation and had our fridge up & running in a couple hours. We have a working freezer + ice again!! Very satisfied overall with the quality of work and level of service we received from Premier Appliance.

Smh. Where do I start?… First off it took me 4 months to get my freezer repaired. I own a GE refrigerator and this was one of the most stressful customer experiences I’ve ever had. Multiple appointments made and no one showed up or called. This company doesn’t answer their phone so every time I would have to call GE customer service. I filed multiple claims with the customer service department for the same fridge. Customers deserve better! If you’re short staffed hire more people! Answer the phone or at minimum direct customers to an email or voicemail box. My dad was here today when the technician finally came back and there were no issues with him. Now I just need to wait to see if the job was done correctly.

Our washer went down on 11/20, we have a Lowe’s protection plan, called them and went thru all the hoopla to get service call set up for this contractor, came out on 11/25, believe the tech already had what he thought was problem and said it was lid lock switch, told us 2-3 days, well after that time expired, started calling and their system states they are experiencing a high call volume leave a message and someone will call back before end of day, never happened. Finally on 12/8 I as told tech would be out as part came in on 12/5. Tech came out installed latch, told us washer was fixed, but wife went to use it but still same problem, I directly contacted tech and his response was well I will have to order the main board. Then I find out the next day that when he left the claim got closed and had to start new claim. I emailed them complaining about the fact that when you call no on answers, just get message that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. I got response from the owner who said that this time of year they are really busy, but in looking at other reviews this seems to be the norm with contacing via phone. Finally the board arrived to our house on Saturday and I sent owner an email and also the office email and even left msg. They came out today 12/15 and the washer is fixed, but he told us he was going to have to order another part, but as a good tech should he did some more diagnostics and fixed the issue! BUT IF YOU ARE TOLD THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS PREMIER APPLIANCE, PLEASE DON’T LET THEM BE THE SERVICE CONTRACTOR.

The warranty company assigned this business to me. Someone showed up briefly, said they’d order a part, then disappeared for two weeks with no updates. Calls went straight to voicemail, and no one ever called back. After I contacted the warranty company again, the part was finally replaced—but now the dishwasher leaks badly. It seems the technician damaged the liners during the repair. Communication was terrible, and the work felt rushed and careless.

Would give zero stars if Google allowed me to do it. 4 different people came to fix my fridge and took 3 months to get parts, but was never able to fix it. That’s how incompetent these people are. Completely useless people and useless company! They have a tech called Kenny who is rude to me on call and cut calls on a customer, and the same with the front desk workers, they don’t know how to treat a customer and help a customer with anything except cheat and lie and rip $$$ off of customer to get revenue from warranty claims, and open multiple warranty claims to pocket the money from warranty.

They are completely unreliable and useless phony people.
