Started out fine, GE contacted them to come look at my washing machine that was under warranty. The tech told me the part would take 2-5 business days to come in. I waited 8 business days before I started calling and leaving messages just trying to get an update. After 14 business days I called GE and told them to send someone else. GE couldn’t even get a response from them after the 10 business day mark. The tech was great, but the office personnel is horrible.

GE sent this company for a warranty repair. I explained my issue and they determined a specific part was needed. They ordered it and scheduled an appointment. I appreciate Eric’s punctuality and professionalism. My cooktop was fixed without issue.

Another company was previously scheduled and I had the opposite experience. Highly recommend this company for warranty repairs and for general work.

Second service person to come out. First company made me nervous to even try another repair guy. Thankfully the GE representative talked me into trying this company and the first encounter on the phone and in person were great. Very courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable about the issue I was having. ( hot sensor light for range stuck on brand new stove ). Is going to order the part and return to fix when it arrives. For warranty or regular repair, I would consider Chris for premier to help.
Will update after the job is complete, too. Good service men / women are hard to find. Give these guys a try and I don’t think you will be disappointed. Thanks Chris! You made me reassures that what I went through with the first company ( Jerry Davis ) was not normal and should not ever happen. Much love to honest, hard working, and reliable service men / women. This was under factory warranty , so I did not have to pay. But will include a tip once all services are over.

Derrick with Premier is amazing. He arrived on time, was extremely patient and professional, and never rushed the process. I had almost lost hope with my washing machine after trying so many things that didn’t work — it was a complicated problem.
He took the time to carefully troubleshoot and used his knowledge and experience to fix it. I’m so thankful he was able to save my washer. Truly outstanding service!

Called several times and never got a callback. I guess you’re too busy.

Mitch came out to repair an icemaker and a noise the refrigerator was making.The noise was not fixed and I texted him a month ago and he never responded back.I also called him and left a message.He never responded.Same issue with the dishwasher.Bottom line I had to get another appliance repair to come out .Service call was 20 dollars cheaper than Forney appliance.Very disappointed in this company.

Mitch repaired a burner on my glass cooktop. It was overheating — even on low — every time I tried to use it. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and a week later, I could use my favorite burner again and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Mitch knows appliance repair and takes good care of his customers.

When I called and told the person on the phone what I thought could be the problem. Instead of giving me another estimate or another route he goes “just go by another one” and he hangs up the phone.

Mitch was awesome! He came out & fixed my dryer the same day I called. Totally recommend him!

I’ve used Mitch (owner) for many years. He’s always on time and will squeeze me in if I have an emergency. He’s honest and recommends appliances if our old ones need replacing. He could just fix it and charge for me for the but if it’s not worth fixing he’ll tell you. His prices are more than fair and tries to save me money if possible. I’ll never call anyone else.
