Wade from Kaufman County Appliance Repair fixed our dishwasher today, and we highly recommend calling him for any appliance repairs you may need. He responded promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable, saving us hundreds of dollars over the cost of replacing the dishwasher. We were very pleased with Kaufman County Appliance Repair and their exceptional service!

Had Wade out about 6 weeks ago to repair a leak in our new LG washer from me accidently pulling back the seal while cleaning inside the door. The seal seperated from the ring and I wasn't able to get it back in. My wife was pissed, it's all good now. Very reasonable fee and on time. This place is now on my go to list. Thank you!

I called Saturday for a dishwasher issue and was called back within an or or so. They tried helping diagnose the issue first but I have no clue what I’m looking at or talking about. During the service call (and as many questions I had) the issue was throughly explained and resolved. Thanks Wade for being completely transparent and honest before coming out!

Very quick service! Made it to the house within 15 minutes of contacting him, and was able to fix everything needed on our front loaders.

The owner ,Wade,was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Ordered parts and scheduled the repair. It was all done in a timely manner.

Definitely would not recommend. Took a month to get the washing machine fixed. 3 months later still no progress on refrigerator ice maker after multiple texts. Finally went with someone else and got it done in 2 days.

Awesome service. I called, and within 45 minutes the repairman arrived, diagnosed and resolved issue. Very friendly, professional and did not charge even though he had a right to do so. I appreciated the great service! Highly recommend these guys!

Our fridge stopped cooling so I found KCAR on Nextdoor. Spoke to Wade who happened to be in the area and was able to come over after his current job. He arrived, was friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts in his vehicle, made the repairs and was gone in less than 445 minutes. Fridge is working great. Will definitely reach again if the need arises.

5/27- Owner expected parts but didn’t reach out
5/28 - Owner said they needed time for parts
5/30 - Owner said parts received. Scheduled 6/3
6/3 - Owner made no contact
6/4 - I requested $75 refund and was denied.

My experience played out over two weeks and left me with a $75 bill and the same problem I started with.
