Highly recommend Wade with Kaufman County Appliance Repair… we had a crazy loud noise coming from the washer machine & he fixed it pretty quick! The customer service was phenomenal! He was very professional, honest, affordable, knowledgeable & kind.

Wade was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was able to get us in quickly and was very helpful in letting us know the issue and how to potentially avoid it in the future. Highly recommend!

100 percent recommend these folks. I was in a time constraint to have my oven repaired. Wade was able to fit me into his schedule and was an absolute ace at diagnosing and repairing the issue to get me back up and running. Will definitely be sending my future business his way!

Wade was professional and prompt. He came out to service my refrigerator and it was determined that it couldn’t be repaired. He provided me with recommendations while shopping for new refrigerators and tips in regards to the longevity of them. I would definitely recommend this company.

I scheduled for my fridge and oven to be looked at while I was out of town as my freezer stopped working and my oven keeps tripping the breaker. Not sure which Tech was sent out but I was told I needed a new fridge as the one I have is bad… ok cool not a problem. I was told the oven issue SOUNDS like a breaker problem( wasn’t checked). I then hired an electrician to look at breaker only to tell me the breaker is good it has to be the oven. So now I’ve wasted money and still don’t know the issue with my oven. I would have paid for both to be checked but was told it’s the same price for up to 3 appliances to be checked. Now I’m back to square one looking for someone to diagnose my oven to see if it can be fixed. The person who I communicated with was very responsive even on the weekend when he was off so that’s a plus and he also gave me some tips. I give this 4 stars since I wasted money on an electrician and now have to find someone that can tell me what is wrong with my oven. I should have been home to make sure they were both checked so that’s on me.

I called in for an issue I was having with my GE top-load. Instead of trying to get a tech out to do a $350 repair on a $500 unit, he was honest with me and told me that I was better off with a new unit and not using his service.

Well- I'm calling him next time I have an issue I can't resolve!

They were professional, honest, and efficient. After a thorough check, they confirmed everything was in great shape and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. Fast, friendly, very affordable, and reliable service. Highly recommend!

We needed some minor dishwasher repair. Kaufman replied promptly, shared a fair price and Wade was able to come the following morning. He was prompt, did great work quickly and exceeded our expectations. They will be our first call, if we need appliance repair in the future.

Wade came out and diagnosed my faulty drain pump the day after I called and ordered the part and had the repair done 2 days later. Real easy to work with and would definitely recommend to anybody needing repairs done on any appliance.

Kaufman County Appliance Repair has been very quick to respond and provided exceptional customer service when we have needed their help. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is top notch. They are also very knowledgeable of appliance issues.

Our most recent issue involved a glass stove top broken by a guest during their stay. We had another guest checking in the very next day. So we needed an extremely quick response/turn around time to fix the issue before our next guest checked in.

Called for an issue with our washing machine. They came out to diagnose and I appreciate the honesty. Very informative and gave me ways to extend the washer life, but ultimately it would be cheaper to buy a new washer rather than spending more money to fix our current washer. Highly recommend and will be my go to guys to call! Thank you!!

Wade was awesome! We called him about a week ago as our gas Whirlpool oven had stopped heating out of nowhere. My spouse and I have hectic schedules, and he was very flexible with being able to come on a specific day that we would be home. Wade checked everything up and down and was able to determine the igniter had gone out. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue quickly, but he also had the part readily available on his service vehicle. Our oven was up and running in a matter of about 30 minutes. Pleasant attitude, quality work, and an incredibly fair price. Anyone needing appliance repair in the Kaufman, Forney, Crandall area shouldn't hesitate to give these guys a call. I will definitely be recommending him to my HOA and neighbors.

Wade (the owner) knows exactly what he’s doing. He took the extra step when repairing my dryer. He was able to identify a clog in my pipes which ended up being the reason why my dryers thermostat went out. He is a good price, honest and got the job done!

Please fix your closing time. Google maps states 5:30 pm. But they close at 5 pm. Major bummer.
