I was lucky to meet one of the owners who did my repair; a very studious young man. He was good to his word, fixed two of my appliances and was priced reasonable. I recommend them.

Had an issue with my dryer, posted on my neighborhood fb page and Vincent responded. He was out the next day, on time, and had the dryer running again within 10 minutes! Very respectful of my home and super professional! Thank you Vincent.

I called TAP for my Samsung washer because of their reviews and they did not disappoint. I called on a Monday and Vincent had our washer running by Thursday. He was honest and quick with his responses and was very accommodating with scheduling.

Eddy is awesome. Without a doubt the best appliance repair man I've ever called. Efficient, friendly, affordable, honest, and most of all he knows what he's doing. He diagnosed the problem in seconds where I've had three other companies totally give up and said I needed a new appliance.

You’ll spend over $400 and then the machine will break WAY worse than what it was before they came out and “fixed” it. Their work has no warranty period, just the manufacturer for 90 days. I would save yourself the money and buy a new machine instead of paying someone that amount to repair, when you’ll have to have someone come out again and pay more. You’ll get brushed off when you’re concerned, even though you know that the issue doesn’t just randomly happen, and something went wrong.

We have had the pleasure of using TAP a few times now and every time has been absolutely wonderful! They have been kind and courteous and very conscientious about our needs! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had need for an appliance company that would check out my dryer, which I thought was overheating. Vincent came out, and was so pleasant and right on time.

He examined everything very thoroughly, and couldn’t have been more professional. After much testing, he assured me everything was fine. It was so refreshing to find a company who is honest, and not trying to take advantage of vulnerable customers.

Vincent even commented on what a good job I was doing in keeping up with my own maintenance far as in keeping the dryer as lint-free as possible. That meant a lot to me, since I’m not too handy or knowledgeable about home repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future appliance issues.

Since I’m a senior lady, I think it’s acceptable to say, not only was Vincent kind, but extremely sweet. This is definitely the company for excellent appliance repair. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated.

If you need an appliance repaired, look no further than Trusted Appliance Repair (TAP) in Forney, TX. When my dishwasher and my dryer broke on separate occasions, TAP was there quickly each time, and repaired them at a very reasonable price. Whirlpool was basically useless when I called for service; with long wait times, and high prices. I would've been better off buying new appliances if it weren't for TAP. If you're looking for fantastic and quick service at a fair price, call TAP.

TAP has come through for me again. My oven went out and the same tech as before (Vince) did a same day visit, and found that the problem was a faulty wall plug and not my oven. Some repair cos may have charged me for unnecessary repairs, but not TAP; an honest, fair and affordable appliance repair service.

Just wanted to stop here and say this company and in particular this group here are outstanding and strive to help you with whatever they can. As a new small business owner I couldn't catch a break with other big companies. I can't even tell you how many times elliots ghosted me with quotes and never extended credit to me. I’m marking that I did have business with Wade, however I didn’t get actual repairs done by him. Wade took the time and walked me through my issue on the phone and how it would be way more expensive to fix my small fridge than the actual value of the fridge. Unfortunately that wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, but I will now trust Wade if and when I need appliance repair. He took the time over the phone to walk through a fridge cooling system and explained how others might even might try to fix my issue halfway. I greatly appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend you listen to Wade and hire him if you need appliance help!

Honest, Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and timely! KCAR was the only service that was willing to come look at our fridge on the weekend. All the other services said it would be middle of next week before they could "get" to us.

If I can give this company a zero I would. This guy Wade came to look at my microwave . Said it was costing around 260 with parts. I had to call him or text constantly ti see where he’s at when he says it take about a week. That was August 4 we are in September 26. Stay away from this company or Wade. Unreliable and unresponsive

Mr Wade was very professional, efficient,timely and knowledgeable. He gave a solid quote. Cleaned up after repairs. I do highly recommend his work service. I will gladly use him again for repairs of all kinds.

Wade was great. Great communication and fixed my ice maker. Definitely use him again.

Wade was very helpful and seemed very genuine and honest. He was there to assist me with washer issues but he also gave me some tips about other appliances I was having issues with. I would use them again in the future!

Absolutely will be referring and utilizing in the future. He was super helpful, gave us the nitty gritty (even the bad stuff), and gave us recommendations for a new machine. Honest, fast, and personable down to not knocking or ringing the doorbell during nap time.

Would not recommend came out told me what the problem was okay cool I'm going to order the two parts okay great next day no call third day I called hey what's going on have the parts came in oh one part have came in the other one not so I'll pull up the part on Amazon the part that I needed it comes together so that was a lie and then no updates he told me he was coming out the next business day still have not heard from him i call somebody else the next day came out and fixed it in one day it was just a belt for my dryer which was overpriced the two parts I needed was $22 on Amazon charge me down near $300 for the part and to put it on never will call them again

Great company! They take time to understand the situation before scheduling repair. Will let you know if there is a likelihood that appliance is repairable and will suggest best brands for replacement. Honest people!!
