I contacted Bolton Heating and Air for a checkup on my AC unit, as it had been several years since I’d last had it serviced. They were super accommodating with my schedule and were able to pay a visit within a couple of days. Shane (the service tech) is a really knowledgeable and friendly guy. Thorough, professional and meticulous in his examination and cleaning of both the inside and outside units, he was pleased to say that he found nothing wrong with it and that it was working exactly as it should be (which made me happy as well). 😀
I’ve joined their service plan so I don’t have to worry about remembering to have someone come out to service the heater in the fall when it starts getting cooler.

Recently my A/C went out and this company was able to get it fixed in the same day. Micheal Lawry did an amazing job coming out to my home and getting the problem taken care of for a decent price and fast. My a/c was running by the end of the day. He was professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my system. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Great company would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

He showed me pictures of the units performance and explained what the values indicated. Juan made suggestions, but didnt pressure us into making unnecessary changes. And regardless of the countless issues we ran into, Bolton was there to solve the problem every time immediately. I will forever recommend them to anyone who asks. We had an issue with our upstairs unit, and they were recommended on our Facebook neighborhood page. We contacted Bolton Heating and Air, and a repairman was out to our house within an hour and a half. Very reasonable price. We are planning to continue using them for our system upkeep. Highly recommend

A big shout out to Shane Dendy and the crew at Bolton Heating & Air for the excellent work they did on Thursday 4/17/2025 in installing our new Trane air conditioner. Following prior acceptance of Shane’s timely and detailed quotation, they arrived bright and early as promised, laid down adequate floor protection, and got right to work as a coordinated HVAC team. I was particularly impressed with their politeness and professionalism, with exceptional attention to detail. After a long day of hard work, they meticulously cleaned up their work sites in the attic and outside. Shane explained the various features (e.g., new refrigerant) of the new system, and the office folks submitted the required warranty information on my behalf. I remitted payment, and we began enjoying our new system. Overall, Bolton Heating & Air provided an excellent customer service experience, with flawless execution and follow-through… highly recommended!

Bolton Heating and Air is the best. When I called, Julie answered the phone. She was so sweet and kind! She was easy to talk to and was able answer her questions about what was going on with the system at my job. She had me scheduled with one of their techs quickly and I received a notification of the date and time frame of arrival. They also send notification of when the tech is on their way. Love all the communications from this company. Jacob’s team of techs are friendly and professional. They get your system diagnosed, fixed and up n’ running quickly. I had a Bolton technician coming over on Monday last week because my AC fan kicked in randomly. He changed the capacitor and the problem recurred a few days later.
Today another technician from Bolton, Samuel, checked the system, diagnosed it correctly and quickly fixed the problem.

Christian did a great job helping with some HVAC repairs. Was very prompt and professional and made sure to explain everything that was worked on.

They were very reasons and communicative throughout the process. Got my appointment set quickly! Everything was emaculate when they left. Would recommend again!

This company did a fantastic job. They were quick to respond and nice to work with. The installers were very professional and even cleaned up after themselves. I have to keep the A/C turned down because it's a freezer in the house now. The owner, Jacob, was on top of things from beginning to end. Kendall was nice and knowledgeable too. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

Ruben showed up exactly on time and was thorough in his investigation of my reported problem. Not only did he solve the issue I called about, but he identified a separate issue on my other AC unit that he was also able to solve on the spot. He explained everything very clearly, showing me multiple photos and videos of the inside and outside of my units where the problems were identified. Money well spent!
