Richard at Fox Air came out to our house in Travis Ranch in Forney TX and got us up and running quickly. He gave us options, an upfront price, and had the parts on the truck to make the repairs while he was there. Won't be using anyone else from now on.

Richard is both honest and professional in servicing your A/C unit. He explains the issue(s) and gives the best option(s) towards servicing your A/C. He understands affordability and gives his best pricing repair work possible. He is my go to person when I have any heating or air conditioning questions or issues.
He will do his best to fit you in his schedule even in the busiest of his working days and hours. Especially through those hot summer months. I highly recommend his services.

My family would recommend FOX Air to anyone. The owner, Richard, oversaw the installation of two new units in our home. He and his staff were thorough and professional every step of the way. We also needed upgraded thermostats and duct reworking. It was a massive undertaking but they got it all done in a timely manner. We are so happy with our new system and are enjoying the benefits of the energy efficiency.

Richard was very helpful and informative on what was the issue with my house heater . He did not try to sell me anything nor try to take advantage of me in which I do not know that much about heating units. Thank you Richard for fixing our heater house is very warm now which makes my family super happy with the cold breeze we have been getting lately . During a cold snap when our heater died late at night when most companies were so busy that they refused to help, Richard called my husband back right away, and walked him through several troubleshooting steps in an attempt to get it running.
Though we eventually went with a different company who was able to send out a person right away once it was determined that the issue was beyond our capabilities due to a faulty part, we still highly recommend Fox Air, and will be using them in the future for routine maintenance.

I’ve been using fox air and heat for about 3 years and they always do great work. This most recent time I needed help with my HVAC system, Richard was on site within 30 minutes of my call! He was quick to explain exactly what was going on with my HVAC unit, and he explained everything in a way that I (someone with no knowledge of how this stuff works) could understand. I feel confident that my issue is fixed and I know how to maintain the unit moving forward. 5/5 stars!

My AC went out while I was hosting a party. I called 6 AC companies. Richard was the only one that showed the same day and repaired my AC. WOW!! Now that’s Service with a smile!! AC blowing 59 degrees now with a hose full of company. Thanks Richard!!

Been having a problem with the 2 ton Carrier unit that is dedicated to the master suite area. As anyone knows it’s hard to sleep when the air temp is 81. Called Fox air@heat on a Sunday night and to my surprise and delight I got a call back in 25 mins. Richard and Michael showed up mid morning, professional and knowledgeable. One hour later I had temps at the vent in the 49 degree mark and the other 2 units all checked out. In this world honestly is everything. 10 stars

I highly recommend Fox Air and Heat, they are the best. Richard, the owner, is a great guy, he is responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy, competent, and does quality work. To give a little background of my AC problems, I have lived in this house for 5 years and it has never cooled properly, it was always hot throughout the summer, about the lowest it would get to was 80. I’ve had 4+ different companies come out, a different one each year, and they all said the same thing, there wasn’t a problem, just a little low on refrigerant, except for one of them who replaced a capacitor. This year Fox Air and Heat was recommended to me, so I called them on a Monday morning, and Richard answered the phone. I told him my story, and he came out that afternoon. The refrigerant was low again, and his first thought was there was a leak somewhere. None of the AC guys that came out before had mentioned that as an issue. Richard checked everything out and said he thought the leak was in the evaporator coil. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done, added some refrigerant, replaced my air filter (it is in the attic and very difficult to access) and said he would work up an estimate and get back to me, which was the next day. He followed up with me each day to see if it was cooling any better, which it was, but not as well as it should. We discussed his estimate, pricing was reasonable, and scheduled the work to be done for Friday of that same week. Richard and Michael came early and by the end of the day my AC was cooling normally. Richard also did a few extras for me, he set my thermostat for free remote access, he did some repairs to the air filter box in the attic, rearranged some piping for easier access to the unit and a few other things. As I said earlier it was very difficult to access the attic unit and I’m still not sure how they were able to get the old coil out and the new one in, it was huge. Fox Air and Heat will always be my go-to for HVAC work.

Richard at Fox Air and Heat was absolutely amazing! He was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to get us fixed up quickly. His prices are fair and honest, and it’s clear he truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and dedicated. I can’t imagine using anyone else for my HVAC needs—Richard and Fox Air and Heat have earned a lifelong customer!

Shane was fantastic. The maintenance was thorough and addressed key concerns about the system. We’re glad to finally find a quality A/C service and are now confident in the system going forward.

I had a service call and Christian Cigarroa showed up to take a look at my unit and run a few tests to see what was going on.

Christian Cigarroa kept me involved every step of the way, showed me exactly what was wrong through pictures and video of the issues as well as showing me the solutions for those fixes.

Christian Cigarroa went above and beyond in my opinion with the whole experience.

I would recommend Bolton heating & air to anyone that may be having issues and want a professional and courteous service.

Samuel Salinas and his crew showed up at 8am for a full removal and install of my ac unit.
Samuel Salinas and his crew were very kind and professional during the entire process and they were able to get everything done within 7 hours. (I think that is a speedy process given the heat and small space they had to work with)
once everything was completed (which included removing and reinstalling my attic latter better than it was before) they walked me through the new unit inside and out.

I called at 3:30 pm bc another company stood me up and wanted like 90 dollars just to tell me what's wrong. Bolton was there within the hour. I have them on speed dial now. They only charged me 75 to come out. And diagnosed the issue and got the ball to rolling to get the part i need. Very easy to deal with. Won't use anyone else!

This is the second time we have used Bolton, formerly Supreme. Jacob came out the first time and was awesome. We had a quote from another company and wanted a second opinion and were very happy we did that. The first company’s quote had an expensive item listed that we actually already had in place, we were so glad we got the second quote with Bolton, we felt they were very honest. Today was our second time having Bolton out and had an equally great experience, our tech was polite, knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly! I would definitely recommend Bolton!

Rodolfo and Eric came to my workplace and installed a new mini-split. They gave next day service which was amazing considering the below freezing temperatures. Very professional and kind. Making sure to explain all that was necessary. Thank you
