Fair, upfront, and honest. If i could give 10 stars i would. They listened to my idea to just opening the wall to find and fix the problem rather than running everything exposed up the side of the house saving me over $1000 in cost and them time on the job. Everyone i came in contact with was personable and happy to be at my home. Do yourself a favor and trust Bolton for all your hearing & air services!

I called another big name HVAC company to look at an AC unit that wasn't working. The simple fix was quoted at $6,000 and the recommendation was a completely new system for $21,000. I called Bolton for a second opinion and they were able to fix my AC within 24 hours and were half the cost ($3,000) for the same repair. I would use them again and they didn't try to upsell me like the other company on useless services like duct cleaning.

I replaced a 4-ton system and received over 5 quotes. Major named providers and smaller ones as well. Bolton was the best price and service product. The owner reached out and asked to earn my business. That he did, in quality, service, product and a no pressure meeting. They're just better in service and quality.

Christian showed up ready to work with a great attitude. He was very thorough and found issues that another company missed or ignored. He took pictures to share as well as showed me in person directly on the HVAC system. His thoroughness, professionalism, and informative nature convinced me to sign up with their maintainance program. He also scheduleda follow up appointment for the additional repairs needed - i.e. what another company missed altogether.

Repair was needed as a result of the above findings that were missed by another company. Christian and David were thorough and kept us informed all the way through the process. All questions were answered clearly. All options were provided and considered such that the chosen path forward was respected and followed. Highly recommend Bolton Heating & Air, especially Christian and David.

Jacob the owner came over to check out our insulation before installing dehumidifier he is very professional, honest and to the point Bolton will be doing our HVAC work that is needed.

On 4/2/25 the team of Ulysses and Shane came and did a wonderful job installing our April Air dehumidifier. They are very professional & do a thorough job, they run complete tests on system, they do neat work and of all the contractors we have had they wear boot covers when they come inside your home. Thank you guys, great job.

5/6/25 Today Samuel & his partner came & installed safety switch on my HVAC system, a new drain pan the one we had was rusted the HVAC guy we had before never mentioned it, or the need for safety switch. Samuel was out 2 was ago he installed duct work & air return vent in one room, today he & his partner, I’m sorry I forgot his name, installed additional duct work in our other bedrooms our house is 4 yrs old & the builder failed to do necessary duct work & air returns we had problems with air & heat flow. Samuel was so thorough inspected our whole system & gave his recommendations. The owner Jacob, of Bolton Heating & Air has a great crew the guys are on time, they do thorough work, they treat your home like they would their own, they wear foot covers to keep floors/ carpets clean most contractors don’t do this.I highly recommend Bolton heating & cooling for all HVAC services

Samuel came out installed split hvac in garage it heats in winter cools in summer we use it to work out in our garage gym & use the system for entertaining for parties in our garage. Thank you Samuel for doing such a nice job as always. Thank you Bolton Heating & Cooling for great service every time

My AC finally died after 20 years and the guys were out immediately the next morning trouble shooting and trying to find a fix. Unfortunately they don't make parts for it anymore so they were able to give me several options for replacement that met my needs and budget! Couldn't be happier with their service. The fact we kept it going this long is also a testament to their outstanding maintenance and service plan. The most honest, reliable, and all around best in DFW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service from start to finish. Very glad I reached out to Bolton AC before anyone else! From the front office to Ulyses, the service technician- Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We signed up for the yearly maintenance membership, and feel at ease that we will always be taken care of.

I normally don’t write reviews, but our family had an exceptional experience with Boltonac. Our AC units crashed during Easter weekend and they were able to come early Monday morning. Our two units were replaced. Mike and his crew were wonderful. They came right on time and started working straight away. I felt very comfortable with them in our home and that was very critical for me since I am a SAHM mom with two babies under the age of three. I was able to leave the home to run errands without worrying. I never realized the amount of work it takes to replace AC units, but everything was cleaned up to a T once the work was completed for the day. They spent two days in our home and I can’t recommend them enough. I am extremely satisfied with the units that were installed. If you have AC needs, please call Boltonac!

We highly recommend Bolton Air. We use Bolton on all our properties. Our latest project was a total new install. We went with the Bryant Evolution High Efficiency system We did spend alot more money upfront but highly encourage everyone to do so. It is worth it and will pay for itself over time. Bolton Air sells the top brands but we chose this brand because it met all our needs. Use these guys for quality services. Looking foward to our next project.

I have been a customer of Copeland AC company for four years now, and what a waste of time and money that was!
My godfather has been using this company for many years and I should’ve known this was where I needed to be all along!!
Kendall was not only professional but also extremely compassionate regarding my situation!!
They fixed my AC and I was only charged Labor!
Copeland told me that The compressor, which is what went out was not covered under warranty by the makers of my AC unit train!
Let’s just say that was not The truth!!
