Frank was a pleasure to work with.

My washing machine stopped draining and since it was out of warranty I tried to fix on my own, but reached my technical limit. My wife and I started looking at new washers, but I figured couldn't lose anything by calling a repair guy (gal).

Frank spoke with me over the phone and said it would be somewhere from $100 to $300 to fix, depending on if the pump needed to be replaced. He came the next day and was quick to announce there was only a wire that needed to be replace, no need for a new pump. WOW!

It seems like most companies are quick to charge as much as they can, so I was very pleasantly surprised when he fixed it quickly and reasonably.

I will not hesitate to call Frank, and neither should you.

Frank came by to fix our ice maker and after diagnosing things, he realized it was a water pump. He replaced the pump and saved the ice maker! Honest, great service, and reasonable pricing!! Highly recommend!!

Frank is one-of-a-kind. In this day and age it is so hard to find someone who is reliable, honest, and hardworking and Frank is each of these things! He does a fantastic job, is kind, and to top it off, reasonably priced. 10/10 RECOMMEND!
