We took a dog dryer in for repair, they said it was the brushes. After replacing that it still didn't work and so they replace the motor. Still didn't work, then started smoking. Never got to talk with the actual person doing the repairs. They did refund for the motor, but I am left with a piece of plastic as they took all the parts out of the blower. So now if I even tried to get someone that knew how to actually fix it, there are not any parts in there to fix. This is not how they used to be, not sure what changed.

We have used them for years, and only recently started having issues. We brought our dryer in to be repaired, and they sent it back “fixed”. The next day, it started giving us problems again. We took it back, and they then found another issue, which should have been caught the first time. Now we are being charged parts and labor AGAIN, having to drive far AGAIN to have it repaired. This is not acceptable, for something that should have been done right the first time. We will spend the money for a new dryer, and find somewhere else to do business.

I have been using these guys for years for clipper blade sharpening and repairs. They have always been easy to work with, fast and accurate. Recently I gave them my KitchenAid stand mixer to repair. They told me that it may take up to three days, but called me in about 24 hours to say that it was ready! My machine works like new again!

I. Called in and told her my issue, and she was able to identify it immediately. So I walked in to purchase the replacement piece for it, which they installed for free as I waited. In the future I will probably purchase my hardware here in order to keep it in town.

My 16 year old Kitchen Aid Mixer need a repair. I took it in and they diagnosed it, right there within 5 mins, had the part in stock, and 20 mins later I'm back in business. Being a small business as myself I value good customer service, and a knowledgeable team. You will find these quailities in this service center. They added their smiles and good nature and it made my whole experience an A+. I have finally found an appliance repair place that I will visit whenever my stand mixers need repairs.

They have the absolute best prices on blades as well as scissor sharpening... they do them on the spot for a fourth of the price that people charge to come in the shop and sharpen your shears. They are super knowledgeable and friendly very organized and if they don't have it they can order it for you no problem. This is just my experience as a barber / stylist they also do repairs on a lot of other things like small appliances....I will always go out of my way to give them business!

Dropped off and got my 2 clippers back in the same day. They responded to my emails very fast and have a good selection of grooming and barber supllies. Employees are very nice and know what they're doing.

I am a client of this place for years .. I am a stylist and for years they are have been fixed my hair clippers for the last years they changed workers and now they are different people.. .. the prices went up and the new workers are not professional or friendly at all even when they answer the phone .. I visited this place the first week of june twice to get fixed My hair clippers and a small Mexican stature over weight attended me, very rude with a bad attitude. When I was trying to take info about prices and services, the woman responded by yelling at me without letting me speak. This is the second time i had same woman attended to me. I could also see that the same woman answers them with a bad attitude and rude when she talks to customers .. this place is no longer the same as it was before .. what bad luck for customers of years that we visited this place for the services .. definitely i do not return to this place .. im an educated person, and I do not need a woman like her who has no education to disrespect me ..

The store has friendly and helpful staff. They are reasonable with their pricing and took great care of my clippers.

I used Fort Worth and still use them. But the quality to my scissors, blades and dryers have gone down hill significantly. I had to start using someone else for everything but my dryers because no one else I know works on them. I’d talk to the staff but dealing with them in the past hasn’t been easy. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some much needed changes on quality.

Only people I trust to fix my clippers without sending them off. Cody can really smooth out your blades. He's good. New crew but same good work. New place, same good service!!

My review is based on the customer service. I’ve been getting my blades sharpened here for a few years now and they were always friendly. This past year they changed their staff and the customer service isn’t the same. There’s one employee in particular she’s a short Hispanic lady, wears glasses, and is heavy set. She’s very rude and unfortunately she’s the main one I converse with every time I go there to get my blades/shears sharpened. She is very sarcastic which in normal circumstances I wouldn’t mind as much but for her to be the face of the business and have a off putting attitude is just a turn off. As far as the sharpening goes on my tools I’m very satisfied with that.

Multiple experiences where I’ve called and been told their sharpener would be in at a certain time, we rearrange our schedule to be there, and they’re either late or not there at all. After seeing this review, rather than ask how they can do better and make it right, the RUDE RECEPTIONIST just banned us from ever returning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really can’t with this company. We have had them come out twice and issues with both visits. The receptionist was the BIGGEST issue….nothing but attitude even when you’re just asking questions for clarity. Acts like even scheduling an appointment ruins her entire day. Several blades were dragging after the second visit, we asked to have them fixed and received no response. When asking for the third time for a sharpening visit, I decided this will be our last with Fort Worth Shaver specifically because of how disrespectful the receptionist is. We will be using a more professional sharpener going forward.

I needed my Kitchenaid Mixer fixed and was told by the company that the one place in Texas that works on these was FWS&A. I drove 3 hours to get there. When the lady at the counter learned how far I'd come, she talked to the technician. They looked at my machine and gave me an estimate within 20 minutes while I went to lunch. The technician repaired my mixer within 30 minutes! When I went to pick it up, the technician explained how to adjust my mixer as I told him I couldn't seem to do it right. He then carried my mixer to the car for me (I'm an 67-year-old woman and this mixer is HEAVY. I CANNOT say enough about this store and it's employees!!! Excellent service, outstanding work, and reasonable prices! In this day and age, they are a rare breath of fresh air!!!

I really can’t recommend this place for any repairs. Took a common market razor there several years ago for a simple battery replacement. I didn’t hear from them for over a week and then learned that they hadn’t gotten to the repair. I got my razor back and muddled through the repair myself. I later took two nice lamps in for repair. They sat on them for WEEKS and then charged me an exorbitant repair price that would have covered the price of 4 new lamps. I guess they charge by the hour. Never again.

Knowledgeable, kind and fair! When my KitchenAid wasn’t working he immediately identified the problem and solved it on the spot, as well as educating us for the future in a genuine manner. Highly recommend!

I sent in a pair of dog clippers for repair by mail. The turn around for the repair was 1 day. So fast! The ladies on the phone were helpful and patient with tracking down my package. Great customer service!

Worst customer service ever! They had our lamp 6 weeks to do simple lamp repair and it never got repaired!! Very unhappy, terrible communication. Don't waste your time.
