Punctual, professional and very friendly. He even came back the second to refix the issue for free as the dryer broke down again the next morning. No questions asked just came and fixed it. Great service!!

Ramin fixed our dryer quickly, cleanly, and quietly. That was important, since everyone else in my household was napping when he arrived to repair it. The price was reasonable too.

The technician olexandre was experienced and very quick to determine the problem. He had the parts necessary to finish the job….it was expensive at around $150.00 per hour labour plus a $99 diagnostic fee …the part was only $60.00….I did not realize this was a Texas based company and not a local Regina company but I am glad to have a working dryer.

However, in this case I just had to let everyone know that my technician Ramin Aliyev is the BEST experience I’ve had in a very long time when dealing with an appliance repair company. All I had to do was explain the issue I was having with my Fridge ice maker & this man diagnosed the problem & repaired it to my TOTAL satisfaction. In fact, it’s basically as good as new. The service man Javidan was excellent! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond. I wasn’t familiar with my refrigerator as I just moved in and he took the time to show me how to remove trays and such. And he showed me everything he was doing and why! Best repairman I’ve ever had! Received same day service which was excellent communication was great. Assessed the problem there was thought that a certain part might be the issue but not 100%. Instead of charging me for it it was recommended to monitor first to save me the money. Was greatly appreciated the honest advice and opinion

Called and got an appointment the following day. Technician arrived at the appropriate time and quickly was able to diagnose the problem. He had to get some parts but was back a couple of hours later and completed the repairs. Washing machine has been running great since repair.
