My fridge had been a source of frustration for over a week. I had a bad experience with another contractor. I looked online and found Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair and gave them a call. Jack and Matthew came and got me fixed up. They did the job right the first time. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them!

Jack and his son Matt are great to work with. They showed right up and had the parts we needed to get our LG fridge back up and running. The LG models have a bad compressor design as can be attested by many others but Jack brought out a upgraded unit and had it swapped out in less than a hour. Their warrant on parts AND labor is absolutely awesome and 3x times better than the originalv warranty from LG.I highly recommend them to anyone needing service!

My fairly new LG French Door refrigerator developed a water drip that ran down the push blade for the ice and water dispenser making a constant mess. I gave Jack the model # on the phone when I set the appointment. They are so knowledgeable that they brought the correct part and once it was installed, I have had no further issues. Matt was thorough, fast, efficient and answered all my questions. This was a pleasant service call; I highly recommend this father-son team.

We had a technician from Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair check out our GE Profile refrigerator that wasn’t cooling about 3 years ago and they fixed it promptly but about a month ago the same refrigerator quit dispensing ice and water. We called Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair because they did such a good job last time and they came out promptly and examined the refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem as the display had water damage but they weren’t sure if they had to replace the main control board as well and they told me they were going back to the shop and look up the procedure and get back with us on 6/8/23. I paid them $85 for the service call but we haven’t heard from them since even after calling and texting them! If they can’t fix the refrigerator that is fine but at least they could let us know! Poor business practice!

July 24 Update: Jack, from Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair, requested I send him a copy of my receipt of the service call and explained that he didn’t know how come we never received a call back. He indicated that the front display and control board are no longer available and because of the mix up would give us the $85 back that we paid on the service call. We received the check promptly. Back to a 5 STAR in my opinion.

Our 16 year old GE Monogram ice maker was acting up and the freezer side was building up a large amount of frost. It took 3 return visits for y'all to finally find the culprit and make the repair. While some might find this excessive, we observed your technicians logically and sequentially addressing the issue from the most likely cause to the final fix, which was a very obscure piece of the equipment. Each time we called, y'all came quickly and kept at it until our freezer was back in working condition...no charge after the initial payment and very professional in your attitude. Thank you for your help! We will recommend you to others and utilize your services if needed in the future.

Had a great experience! Came out same day and looked for ways to save me money while still fixing the problem. Result? My refrigerator that has had problems for six months works like new, and we know it’ll last for years to come.

We have an LG Refrigerator, the fan stopped working and circulating the air properly. I spoke with Matthew to set up the appointment. After I described what I could about the fridge problem he had me take a picture of the fridge tag for his reference. He and Logan came out the next day and showed me the issues of the fridge. He went through every part of the problem and had the parts to replace a bad cooling fan. They were in and out in about 90 minutes. I would recommend using them for repairs. He also guaranteed his work. Thanks Matt and Logan I'll definitely let others know of your great service, and especially the competence of what you do.

My 5yo basic fridge has always had a rattle noise from the evaporator fan that I figured was normal, but recently it had developed a loud intermittent whine as well. Logan diagnosed the issue and ordered a part, and returned today to install it. Now the rattle is gone and my fridge works better than it ever did when it was new! Thanks for the great repair experience!

I was told by another company that the compressor was out on my built in refrigerator. The other company didn’t work on the enclosed systems, so they recommended Fort Worth Refrigeration. Matthew from Fort Worth Refrigeration came out fully prepared to replace the compressor, but found that all it needed was a good cleaning and replacement of a much less expensive part. His knowledge, experience, & honesty save me a lot of money. I highly recommend!!

I called Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair to repair my LG refrigerator and freezer after it stopped pumping cold air. I was expecting to be told that it may be a day or two before they could get out here, as this was my experience with other repair services. I was told they could be here within a few hours, which was a huge blessing. Matt and Logan came to my house a little after an hour from the time I called. They were very fair with their pricing and they were extremely fast when it came to diagnosing and replacing my compressor. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will most certainly be using them again for my repair and servicing needs.

We called them about a broken refrigerator that we were pretty sure was toast. They were able to come out that same afternoon and had the issue diagnosed and completely fixed and ready to go within 90 minutes.

Great same day service. Called around 9:00 am and it's done before noon. Appreciated the text updates on arrival time. Very pleasant service tech. Only charged for a service call even though the last time they came to fix our 22 year old refrigerator was 5 months ago. Will need a new one soon. Good advice on what type to buy, and also to put in a surge protector.

They came out to troubleshoot the issue, when they realized it was a bigger repair they were upfront and honest and gave us realistic options. Will definitely use them for any future repairs.
