Callahan’s helped us in a bind with a broken garbage disposal over the holidays. They were quick to respond and got out right away. Once they arrived it only took a few minutes to asses that the disposal needed to replaced and in less than 15 minutes the replacement was done and working perfectly! Thank you!

This was warranty work so it was paid for. Appointment was set through the GE site so easy enough. Received a text with time frame and arrived at the last of the timeframe. Being a new dryer they used a code reader to determine issue. Less than 30 minutes. Don't carry parts so had to wait for a text to schedule. Following week was given no one came. No call or text. I called next day and they apologized and scheduled for following week. Did receive a text that individual had been in a wreck so scheduled for the following week. Finally came and repaired in less than 30 minutes. So great they fixed it but as easy as it was you'd think they would of come back the next day after diagnosis, repaired it and closed this service out.

From the diagnosis to the repair, Callahans appliance was exceptional. The technician was professional and understood my concerns with my stove. Everything went smoothly. The status of when the tech was to arrive and the updates throughout was a huge help in that I did not need to sit and wait for the arrival. I was able to go about my day and when I received the text of their eta, I they arrived exactly when promised.

The three guys were good. They had to make two service calls because the Allstate warranty people did not send a pump that was needed. Thru showed up on time. Were consistently responsive to me texts and expedited the second service call

I worked with Callahan's appliance to replace my filtered water faucet that I bought from a high-end kitchen store. As soon as I contacted them, they reached me by text and set up an appointment. And it wasn't with a bot, it was with the person on the other line with whom I could communicate and decide on a date. When the date arrived they reached out to me about the window of time and came right at that window. The gentleman who fixed my faucet did it in about 30 minutes, was polite, and efficient. It was such a good experience. My faucet works great. I'm really happy and pleased. This service was covered by my three year warranty so I'm not sure what the expense would have been.

Awesome service guy came Feb 11th. After that, no contact from Callahan's. 2 weeks now, no contact. I called a gal who didn't know anything. My email was kicked back as no response. I messenger texted, no response. After 2 days, they should have let me know if they couldn't fix my washing machine so I could call other companies. I've drove into town 2 times now to ask for help from Lowe's. I got the, "I'll make sure someone calls you within 2 days with info." 6 days later, nothing. I can't go to a laundromat as I'm dealing with a terrible side effect resulting from a medical procedure. My wrists hurt from handwashing everything for over 2 weeks now. I have to buy a new washing machine tomorrow, since I don't have time to find a new repair company. The extended warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I'm posting this review for Lowe's also. Integrity used to mean something.

Very impressed with the repairs of my freezer! On top of that, Matt educated me on how to better care for my fridge/freezer. Great family owned company that is honest, fair and quick! Thank y'all 👍

Had repair done by Jack twice and now for third time he won't respond and refused to come back to help me. Stopped responding on text or voice. He only wants the easy work. DO NOT Recommend.

Great timely expert repair of my LG fridge. Mathew is extremely knowledgeable and user friendly. They are 5 star plus.

They were able to come out and get my fridge fixed up sooner than I had thought they'd be able to. Friendly. Professional. Fairly priced. Heaven forbid my fridge fail me again, but if it does, I know who I'll call on first.

We had a miscommunication about their warranty but Jack made it right. We were so grateful and I would highly recommend using them. I most definitely will with any future problems we have.

I was super impressed with the service. They were able to come same day and were right on time. The part is going to take longer then I would like but that is not his fault. The part is having to be ordered from the factory. Luckily for us it is just an outside fridge. I would reccomend their service to everyone.

Great responsive service. Matt is very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my refrigerator/freezer in less than 18 hours from calling. Highly recommend!

After reading many positive reviews I decided to call FWRP as our freezer was building up with ice in the back and not defrosting. FWRP was out the same day and diagnosed the issue and ordered the needed control board and had it repaired within a couple days. This is a family owned business. The owner’s son is very knowledgeable, professional and was great to work with, explaining in detail the issue. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend FWRP.

Matt & Logan came out assessed the problem in 10 seconds and solved the problem in 5 minutes. They were careful to move things away so as not to cause damage and also replaced everything back to its original configuration without missing a step.
BTW, my wife and I ask all people who enter our house to take off their shoes. This was also not a problem for these young gentlemen.

Highly recommend Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair! I’ve used them twice and each time, I’ve been impressed with their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. I appreciated that Matthew took the time to explain the issues and what it would require to fix it.

One phone call and 4 hours later my fridge was fixed. Matt explained everything in detail and made me feel like I was part of the repair. I highly recommend contacting them if you need your LG refrigerator fixed!!!

It’s literally like calling a ambulance for your refrigerator,don’t wait these guy can save your food they come so fast and your not gonna believe this they actually carry common parts for your model on the van with them to the services call, not a single other repair place does this kinda of logistics since back in the 80’s Sears used to do this but it’s too smart for them so they charge your to come back with parts that they claim are not available,not these guys they have the parts for LG on hand and bring the compressor ,evap and mother board because that’s usually it. The real issue I have with them and it a major problem it the fact they don’t repair the rest of your appliances only refrigerators but o guess that’s why they get it right in one same day visit.
