Fantastic customer service. They messaged me asking if the day and time they proposed was good for me. Showed up on time and the gentlemen that came to repair my dryer were professional and explained the issue. I will absolutely use them again!

We had a technician come out and service our washer. He needed to replace the entire lid and was able to complete that in about 5-10 mins if my memory serves me correctly. This gentleman was also very polite and respectful. My service was covered under warranty and I believe my part has a 1 year warranty. Very pleased with this service

I would do zero stars if I could. They were called out to fix my washer - replaced a few parts, and now I have a new issue with the softener not getting used during my washes. Called them to have them fix their work, and they are refusing to send someone out without a brand new claim ticket. I am very very unhappy about having to open a new ticket, vs the company fixing the issue they created on my prior ticket. This is now going on 3 weeks with my washer not working properly, thanks to this company fixing one issue then creating another one and refusing to correct it.

There were system issues as far as appointment times on two different occasions. The second occasion the technician waited for someone to get to my house (again this is probably a one off situation so please be home for your visit!) Anyway he was very patient and resolved the issue in 2 minutes. Thank you for fixing my dryer

Was taken advantage of. Detergent dispenser was clogged with gunk. Technician made it into a bigger deal than what it was and rather than advise to just take it out and clean it, he recommended replacing the part for $350. Once he came back to replace it, he was reluctant to let me keep the old part for obvious reasons. It turned out to be a simple task of cleaning the gunk. Do your homework. Do not use this company!

Kyle was great he did a very thorough job in making sure my dryer was fixed properly.

Can not understand why a mechanic would show up without the part knowing that the job was to repair the part in question so I had to wait another week for follow up when the part actually shows up

I use Callahan Appliance as part of the warranty I purchased through P.C. Richards. I've had Callahan come to my home a few times to make repairs on appliances and each time they have been excellent at making repairs. Their service desk is very professional and friendly.

With a very large family gathering approaching fast, Austin went above and beyond to get our refrigerator fixed. Took him several trips and expediting some parts to get it done, but he did.

Recently had to have our Dryer worked on. Since it was within the first year, warranty applied. Went online to arrange service and was completely blown away by this outfit. First off, it was a snap to arrange service. Credit that to GE. Got the email follow up and day and time assigned. Came the day for service. Young man (Kyle) showed up on time and called ahead like you were supposed to. Very pleasant too. Did I mention that the dryer quit making the noise two days earlier. Anyhow Kyle came out, took the machine apart and found the problem. It was quite a bit of work, but he made the repair and buttoned it up. BTW, it works great. Service like this is rare. Attitude like this is even rarer. Guess who I am going to call for appliance Repair. Highly recommend.

Andy came in to check my washer that is under warranty and explained in details what the issue was. Explained the repair process and was very knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Service on my washer was good until the warranty company decided it was too expensive for them to fix and gave us a prorated settlement to go buy a new one. Happy with Callahan service but not really pleased that I had to end up paying hundreds of dollars for a replacement. Not blaming Callahan at all.

Both Calvin, the diagnostician, and Julian who returned with the ordered part, were courteous and knowledgeable. Julian worked tirelessly to solve the problem. I am thankful that Callahan’s Appliance Service was recommended to me.

They were having a problem getting technician to come out. The appointment was rescheduled too many times. I had to change my own schedule to accommodate Callahan schedule. I had a warranty so there was no charge.

Even though my washer was still under warranty, my technician was courteous and willing to take care of even the small things that the builder did not install correctly.

Multiple calls. Issue was not resolved. Company did not even keep records of previous work. Had multiple technicians suggest same repair with no record of it just being done.

Had a part that needed replaced on our 3 yr old washing machine. Contacted Lowe’s because of warranty we have. Callahan’s was contacted and reached out to us. Came out and looked and ordered the part and in a week called and came back to put on and took about 15 minutes. Very professional and explained in detail the first visit and when he returned. Highly recommend.
