They came out within 3 hours of my call. Matthew was very knowledgeable about my unit and he fixed my 2 issues very quickly. Great value and great response time.

Jack and his son Matt came to my rescue. We were on our way out of town and just before we left, we discovered our fridge was on the fritz. They came, evaluated my fridge, and fixed it good as new a couple of hours after I called them. Extremely reasonably priced. They were honest and kind. I really can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re looking for someone honest, don’t look further. These are your guys!

We woke up to our refrigerator not working and our warranty company contacted Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair. By that afternoon they had arrived, diagnosed the problem, and the refrigerator was back up and running. We are super pleased and will be spreading the word about this great company. Thanks again!

I called to schedule a service, and Jack simply told me what the likely problem was! He could have just scheduled the service and taken my money for a 5 minute fix. He didn't. This man earned my respect.

I haven't yet used his advice, but if it doesn't work for my issue, I will definitely be calling him back to schedule service. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal customer service and a repairman with knowledge and years of experience working on same refrigerator I have. Told me what was wrong, site unseen, just from my description of the problem. And he proved to be exactly right!!! Haven’t been around this quality of repairman since I was a kid In the 60’s and our parents always called repairmen (tv washer dryer fridge) guys had skills then, and there were better quality appliances too. This so reminded me of those days! Loved it! Price was fabulous too! Definitely the repairmen to call on!!!

These guys were great! They got to our house quickly before the food in our fridge starting spoiling, quoted a price that was about was I was expecting the pay, and were in and out in under 30 minutes. Our fridge stopped cooling and we didn’t have to throw out any of our food. I call that a win... also very polite and honest.

I was very pleased with how quickly they replied to my service request on their service site online and to my text (just in case they did not see the online request). I gave them the model number, a very thorough description of the problem and what I had already checked. They showed up with the parts in hand and changed them out very quickly. Saved a lot of money over a new refrigerator freezer. The cost of their replacement parts is right in line with online quotes from multiple vendors (cheaper than a few). They are friendly and did not mind our dogs being near them. Had a very good experience with them.

Wow what great service. Sent text on Sunday afternoon when I realized my refrigerator in our Motorhome was not working. I provided the model number and the problem I was having and got an immediate text back. They said they could come out on Monday between 11:00 AM and noon. They arrived at 10: 30 AM diagnosed the problem and had the parts in hand. Fixed and gone in about one hour!

Our fridge stopped working. I texted Jack who replied immediately and sent Matt and Chris 6hrs later to perform the repair. They were on time, efficient and courteous. Glad that Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair were there to help us. Highly recommended.

Our refrigerator stopped working and our home warranty company sent someone out that didn't work on our brand. We contacted Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair on Monday Morning and with-in 2 hours they were at our house. The technicians found the problem and with an hour had it up and running again like brand new.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were responsive, prompt, professional, courteous and open. We had two refrigerators fail at the same time and both were repaired promptly and at a fair price. I will call them again with any future refrigerator issues and highly recommend that you do too.

I contacted KitchenAid to have my refrigerator repaired. They only recommend one company, who came out once. I contacted them again because we were having more problems and they stood me up. Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair was recommended by neighbors, so I called them. They were able to come out the next day. The guys at Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair were way more knowledgable, caring, friendly and less expensive than the company that KitchenAid recommended. I highly recommend Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair...they know what they're doing. After the other company I was using was done, I still had water running down the front of my refrigerator after getting ice. Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair fixed the problem and no more problems or water running down the front. They're now on speed dial the next time I need them.

These guys were the real deal. We had a problem with our RV refrigerator and needed a mobile repair person. They not only would come out and work on it, but were so knowledgeable about fixing it. I can’t tell you how many appliance people I called who knew absolutely nothing, or just didn’t want to do it.
A real person…I think his name was Jack answered the phone and he sent 2 intelligent nice guys out to fix it the very next day.
Now tell me who does that anymore?

I texted hours before opening time about my LG fridge that stopped cooling. Jack responded a few minutes later to set up an appointment. David arrived within the appointment window and quickly diagnosed the problem. It took him about an hour to replace the compressor. I enjoyed talking to him and watching. He shared lots of homeowner maintenance tips along the way. He cleaned up, pushed the fridge back into position, and left. Thank you, David.

Matt and his associate changed the compressor on my LG Refrigerator very quickly. They were right on time, in fact a little early because they had a cancellation. Later that day, I noticed an error message on the front panel for the refrigerator and freezer. When I called to ask about this they told me they would come out the next day. Best Service Experience I've had in a long time. My 18 year old LG fridge died on a Tuesday, I text Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair on Wednesday and received an immediate reply that they could come out between 10 and 12 on Thursday. Jack and Matt showed up at about 10:30 Thursday morning, diagnosed the problem, had the part needed and had my fridge up and running again in less than half an hour. Unbelievably good service performed at a reasonable price! Call these gentlemen. You won't regret it!

Our LG refrigerator decides to stop cooling. We removed all of our food and saved what we could in coolers. Called these gentleman up and luckily they were able to come by later that afternoon. They quickly found the problem; we had two options replace the broken part or buy a new fridge. Unfortunately due to the supply chain woes, even if we choose to buy a new fridge we wouldn’t get it for 6+ mos. Choice was simple and they were able to replace the bad part right then and there. This father and son duo provided excellent customer service and even swept some of the dust behind our fridge for us. When we purchased our LG (Black Chrome/french doors) a few years ago (just enough to barely miss our warranty expiration) it was a noisy fridge. The new compressor they installed is silent in comparison. If you’re having problems with your fridge don’t hesitate to call this father and son duo, you won’t regret it. I’d like to caveat this review with; the service call was completed a few months ago and bad on me for not leaving a review. A few months later (I.e. now) and my fridge is still working great!
