The repairs on my washer were more than the machine was worth. Raj helped me with buying a washing machine that was beyond reasonable. And the service fee counted towards the new one!! That was more than worth it! Thanks AABY!

Kudos to Helio! Quick response and service on the same day of my call. Helio was professional and efficient in repairing Kenmore stove. He showed me the old part and new part. Stove heating and working!

I couldn’t be any more happy with the company’s customer service and the service they’d provided me. Tech was prompt and very professional. They went above and beyond, what I would consider a spirit of excellence to maintain their business ethics! And on top of that, prices are unbeatable! Repairman did not listen when we explained what the problem was with the appliance. Couldn't understand him. Repairman was aggravated when we asked him questions. He was rude. Most uncomfortable situation I've have ever experienced. I would not recommend this company ever. Had to give 1 star to post would actuall give it 0.

I bought refrigerator from Abby, Deliveryman were very friendly and delivery price was really cheap .I even recommend them to my Brother In law And guess what? They loved Abby appliance. Those guys are very good, our appliance is working great!! Thank u

This place was amazing to us and extremely helpful with our dryer. They told my husband exactly what was wrong with it. However when he was not able to fix it they didn’t hesitate to have him brim in our dryer to have it be seen by a technician and have it fixed immediately. Definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in at this place today, surprised at the selection. I think I just found my new used appliance store and they do repairs and offer a financing program. I spoke to Raj and he’s a real nice guy lots of helpful information.

DO NOT USE! Had them out to fix a part that was causing rust color in clothing in a dryer. We told them what part it was because it was the only thing in the dryer discolored. They said that it wasn’t that part because they are not able to even fix the part we pointed out. The made a different $300 fix. Problem still was happening. Contacted another company who fixed the “unfixable” part and made the problem stop. They are not educated on appliance repair. Find another company.

Can’t add a reply so am editing. You did not offer to refund. You said you work hard for your money and it was not your fault it didn’t fix the problem even though your employee said it would. The discoloration was not actually rust but rust colored. Not from metal. It was from friction on the felt on the drum. You guys said it was a part not able to be replaced, when it turns out it is. I thank you for your offer to refund us as stated below. I will call tomorrow to set up the refund.

Well, I purchased a used refrigerator and it did not get cold enough after having it plugged in over night. I called them to please send someone out to fix ( the appliance has a 90 day warranty ). Abbys sent someone out the very next day to repair. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue. They ordered another part and in a day or so fixed the refrigerator. Oh, I was also
told that if the second fix did not fix it that they would replace it with another one. Thank you and your wonderful staff for helping us during this struggle with out a working refrigerator.

I was shopping for a good quality, name brand used washing machine. Abby Appliance had a nice Maytag washer for over $200 cheaper than the scratch and dent section of another store. And they delivered that day!

They did do a great job fixing my washer. They were just a day later than what was scheduled for the repair. I didn't ask for a reason and was just happy to get my washer fixed. I would have given them a 3 star but they did get it fixed so a 4.

Helio repaired my dishwasher. It needed a part to be ordered. He returned promptly a few days later installed part and the dishwasher is fixed. I would recommend him for appliance repairs. I would call them again.

So far these guys suck! Came out to my house to replace a ice maker, charged me $265. The guy tells me it's working and leaves, I go to check it later, not only was it not working the ice make didn't even have water in it. I call the store they put me on hold and hang up on me. So far I can't even express how unprofessional this place is. Their supposed to come out tomorrow and try to fix it. So far 3 days they've had to come out. I would never recommend this company.

They did fix an older Kenmore front loader stackable machine. The timer had gone out. The service man said it was not repairable due to no parts.. its about 20 yrs old. So i bought a newer used machine .. it was horrible on balance .. they took it back .. i went and talked to owner about my broken one .. he said he would try to find part on e-bay.. well he did .. i am now on my 4th load and its working great ., they would have gotten 5 stars if they would have tried to fix it the 1st time...

I needed a refrigerator for a rental property. I wanted the best looking one but, he recommended the best quality one.
I've used them before, had some issues with the previous one, called them and he send someone right away to take care of the issue and no problem since.

I have to give great cuddos to this company for the experience I had with them. I had a fridge that was not freezing and I had already had a diagnostic done by a different company so I mostly already knew what was wrong but I wanted a second quote for the job as well as to know more in depth what all was involved or if there was a different way to handle the situation.

After calling other companies and basically being told I would not get such or any info unless I paid again for another person to come out to say the same thing and one other company who was kind enough to verify through what I explained over the phone that indeed the problem was what it was, I got a hold of THIS company and the person I texted with at 9pm was SO helpful and FULL of expert advice in 3 possible directions I could go in.

The person explained every detail that would encompass each scenario as well as possible outcomes also verifying pricing at the same time and being very helpful in guiding me to the best decision for me rather than just making sure they were paid.

The conversation was informative, knowledgeable/professional and caring which was so helpful. In the end I had 3 ways I could go in instead on just one; try to flush system but may not work, replace evaporator coils which would cost close to just replacing entire unit at least from where I had bought it from before, or just replace unit.

I appreciated the honesty and options rather than just being told hey this is it or just buy a brand new one. AND that all the information was FREELY given without "having" to have another inspection to "determine" what was wrong even though we already basically knew.

You know like actually talking to a person and not a sales ploy.

I have to give these guys 10/10 on the service and professionalism I experienced firsthand. The technician Helio came in diagnosed my refrigerator which has been leaking water out of the filter for long. We had used some other guys who told us to replace the filter but it did not work. He assured us that when he is done it will be working perfectly. True to his word, he fixed the problem, put back the refrigerator and lol and behold it started working perfectly. Now my family can finally enjoy ice cold water.
I recommend these guys, whatever they touch consider it fixed.

When we first moved here, we needed a refrigerator. We went by a few spots but ultimately chose here. Not happy! Our fridge stopped cooling and they came out and "fixed" it. It wasn't. They came out a second time and fixed it to where it was working a little better. Then it quit again and they "fixed it again. Then a month later the freezer stopped working. Went in, asked for a different fridge. They said they would fix it. They didn't. Then I called them again because it was frosting over. They said they would fix it. Nope, needed a part and we waited two weeks with no communication to hear from them. Went in again and they said they'd replace that fridge. I picked another that was similar, different brand. It also stopped working within a month. We called them, they said they would fix it but we were done losing groceries over and over again, we just bought a new fridge from Sears. They are very nice people but I think they put band aids on old appliances and sell them. Both fridges were dirty when we got them. Good Luck, if you go here.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Bought a washer and dryer, spin cycle did not work, owner took a day to send someone to fix it. We thought the issue was fixed. The problem persisted and washer would leave the clothes soaking wet. We told him we wanted our money back. He said he would only give us our money if we took the items TO HIM, since he did not have delivery services. We took the items to him and he did not give us a full refund. He kept $50 dollars of our $650 purchase value.
He sells things that are not functional, and very poor quality.

I am a recent customer of Abby Appliances and I want to give them 6 not 5 stars. They are a great company. I purchase a washer and dryer and they are in perfect condition. Great service, on time delivery, set up, good value, and good quality. I am one proud customer. Try them you won’t disappointed.
