Superior Appliances Repair in Victoria. B.C were very responsive to my need for an appliance repair. They came to the house in record time to assess the situation and returned the following day with the required part and fixed the machine. While I particularly appreciated the quick response and repair time it should also be noted that the service person was friendly and approachable. The latter is also important to me.

I used the online tool in the evening fully expecting I would get a callback in the morning. However within 30 min I got a call and they were able to send out a service technician in the morning. Repair to my oven went smoothly and was completed same day even though they need to go get a part! Very satisfied with the service I received.

Very prompt service. Very qualified technician. Price was high for a very small and quick repair. Technician suggested we have a very good washer and worth repairing although what was paid or could be paid if another part is the problem will be far above what the price of a brand new washer would be. This one is high end and has worked fine for 16 years so hopefully we get many more years of good service from it before needing further repair.

I reached out online and had an appointment booked within a couple days. The technician was wonderful, he was funny and friendly and had our dryer fixed in about an hour. He was also great with our dog who gets very excited and barky when new people are in the house, we appreciated him taking the time to give him some pets :)

My dryer kept tripping the breaker. I submitted an online request and received a call in under 5 minutes. They offered same-day service that afternoon, but I had an appointment and scheduled for the next day.

Raymond was the technician and was very responsive to my messages. After replacing a part (not sure of what it's called), the dryer seemed to work, so he left. Wouldn't you know it, 15 minutes later the breaker tripped again. It was after hours, so I called and left a message. Less than 30 minutes later Raymond sent a text message asking if he could come back the next day. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but he came the second day and replaced the heating element.

After letting it run for a while, it appeared to be fixed. But again, it tripped the breaker not long after he left. I messaged him and he immediately returned my message and suggested I check with a an electrician to check the breaker itself. If that did not correct things, to let him know.

We replaced the breaker and now the dryer works great!

Called for my grandma! She was absolutely satisfied w the service we called on Monday afternoon and they came out and serviced the very next day.

I was truly impressed with the quick response I to a request I submitted late Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, I was contacted and the repair booked for the Monday. The repair was for my tenants apartment, communication between the Repair person and I was very good, he contacted me on his way over, and then after the inspection was completed and the repair diagnosed, and then again when the repair was completed all in the same one and a half hours.

My tenants are important to me, and I truly appreciated getting their dryer issue resolved quickly, and saving another dryer from the landfill!

technician arrived and within. 30 minutes fixed the problem with our freezer using no parts. just labor. charge was $199.00. which seems very high for just tightening some bolts.
