My experience was a good one with the repairman, Raymond. He let me know when he was 45 minutes out enroute to diagnose the problem. He diagnosed it properly within about 30 minutes of arrival. He was able to obtain the replacement part and showed me the source and the price for the part. He estimated on Tuesday afternoon he would have the part by Thursday and could install it. By 4 PM on Wednesday he said he had the part and wanted to come install it. Again he was able to let me know when he would arrive. He removed the old part and replaced it. He said the part would have a 90 day warranty. That's not inconsistent with most repair these days in my experience.

While this is the kind of appliance repair I might ordinarily do myself, it was nice that I could get someone to troubleshoot, find and order the correct part, receive the part, return before time to install it and make it a quick and easy in-home repair experience. This is the first time I've dealt with this company and this repairman. However, if I could be sure to have the same repairman, I would absolutely call on Raymond to take care of it for me.
Sometimes you do it yourself. Sometimes you just write the check. This was a write the check job and I'm glad I did. My thanks to Raymond.

My Maytag Bravos MCT stopped washing, after the diagnostic was completed, it was determined that my Agitator was broken. Part had to be ordered, arrived within the time frame given to me, was notified, and appointment was set up to finish up the repair. Had some issues getting the damaged part off, however, Raymond worked diligently to get it removed, and finished the repair. Thank You.

The service man dispatched was polite and worked til he was able to complete a diagnosis. He showed and explained to me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him and this service. My only negative was that when I called the service line twice the day prior to ask a question, neither time did I get any answer or call-back. But otherwise great.

Easy appointment & one-time service! Very friendly technician! He took the time to explain the problem with my dryer and how to prevent it in the future. Cleaned the dirt build up in the equipment after repairing it. He also helped me resolve another issue with my washer at no extra cost. Gave me a good discount on the final price. He even called back the next day to make sure it was working well! It's a pleasure to come across service companies that truly care about the customer. I would highly recommend them for any household appliance repairs!

Our dishwasher sprung a link. Called Superior Appliances Repair. They sent out Raymond A. He couldn't speak english, but did his best to communicate via pointing and pictures. He could order the needed part and be out to repair in 2-3 days. We paid about half of the total cost up front (fine by me - cover the cost of the first trip, ordering the part, etc) and now haven't heard anything from Raymond A. or Superior for over a week. I've sent three emails, two texts and called multiple times - leaving unanswered voicemails. We used them once in the past and the work was done fine - then they asked for us to leave them a positive review and they would refund $15. So, I'm not skeptical of all of their positive reviews. Can someone from the company please contact me with either a refund or the work completed? Thank you!

Update: I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Our dishwasher has been fixed and is running well. Raymond apologized and admitted that he was supposed to reach out to us to let us know that the part had been delayed in shipping, but that he forgot. I can appreciate that. I recognize that it was his responsibility, but I'm still surprised I never heard back directly from the company after multiple attempts. Without the communication snafu, everything else was fine.

As always very happy!! Been doing business here for 3 years now and never a problem or bad experience. I trust them with my tools and am never let down!

I hate it when someone gives a really nasty review online. I feel they are cowards that can't speak in person. They have always been super nice to me....and fixed my dyson. I'm not happy with dyson!

Back in my day, the service was better. People called when they said they would, and didn't hold lamps ransom claiming to be waiting on parts that do not exist. Rarer vintage items aren't worth taking here, modern items, I cannot speak on. Good luck, expect to be patient.

    You've just been Grovered.

The staff was very professional and helped with my clipper/trimmer needs. I'm a definite customer! They knew quite a bit about everything and their ability to repair equipment was awesome.

They did me right. I took 2 pair of barber shears there to get sharpened. For only 12 dollars a per they did a great job. Highly recommend 👌

They always had parts we needed, even a new lid for my Ice Cream Freezer that a someone accidently took it for theirs at a gathering and I was left with a lid that wouldn't fit!

I took my dyson in 3 years ago to get fixed and they did a awesome job on it.
    I'm still using it today.
If I ever have problems with it in the future,I'll will take it back to them because of the great service and people there.

Finally Came here for the first time and now I’m just mad at myself for not coming the first time I heard of them… they are fully stocked with replacement blades that I couldn’t find ANYWHERE else… for noticeably cheaper!

Not to mention the fact that the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be back!

This was my first time to use this business. I dropped off 2 pairs of scissors and a set of clipper blades. Friendly service and quick turn around. $10 per pair of scissors seemed high, but the $6 clippers seemed affordable.

We've had several small appliances repaired here. I keep going back because there service is excellent and honest. I just discovered they sharpen scissors so I'm heading back again! I am very comfortable recommending them to everyone!

I've been taking my clippers there to be sharpened or repaired for many years. An I drive a ways from my salon, because of the service that I have received. Courtney runs the front counter she's the best.

This has been our go to place for over 30 years. Sharpen clippers, replace coffee pots, pic up the occasional odds and ends and love to browse through their shelves and walls. Customer Service is exceptional.

I brought in 6 pair of hair clippers and had all the blades sharpen and I was very happy and impressed as a first time customer here. The man that sharpens the blades is very experienced and I will be using this service for many years to come!!!

This was the only store in north Texas that I could find that fixed Kitchen Aide countertop mixers. It was worth the drive. I dropped mine off and it was ready the next week. No parts had to be replaced, just a COA needed to be done, so it was well worth the $75 plus tax for service and a trip from Dallas to FW. Daniel, the technician, came out of the back and we plugged it in so i could hear it running. He told me tips and tricks about the mixer (make sure you run it every month to keep the grease from separating, use the lowest speed to get the job done) and we talked about cookies. I left hungry 😋 and was a happy customer. There’s also a 90 day warranty so that’s good.

This is an awesome store with great customer service, like the good old days. They really care about the customer here. I highly recommend FW Shaver and Appliances. They also sell Kitchen Aide mixers and accessories, food processors, clippers, shavers, dog grooming items, etc.
And BTW, I came home and made meringue cookies (which is what I was making when the mixer started acting up before) and it worked perfectly. Thank you Daniel!

I dropped of my clippers months ago was told that they would ship them back to because they were short staffed . I gave the lady my business card and paid for the repairs plue shipping. I called about 2 weeks later and was told they couldn't find my clippers and we're so sorry. Now months later they called and said I have 3 days to come get my clippers before they sell them. They were very short and rude on the phone. It was not my fault that they missed place or lost my info. I had go buy another set of clippers .
