Very satisfied with this small business owner. Communication was great. Came when he said. Dealt with a drier issue through outstanding problem solving skills. We assume it was a heater problem. Turned out it was simply a knob issue. But we will call him again.

Frank came out to look at our refrigerator, which was not cooling very well and was icing up. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to us clearly what was going on, and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. Frank is very easy to get a hold of. If he doesn't answer right away he will call back very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Frank Ruiz is a great guy to have on your repair list...put him in there and keep it! I've had him analyze and advise me on repair of both a refrigerator and a wine cooler. He's very honest and very reasonable. He'll tell you like it is and--when it's the thing to do--he'll advise you not to repair something. He deserves to be your go-to guy for any appliance repair!

He showed up and said we had to order a board for oven so I gave him the $400 for the part back on 11/22. I got 3 dates for when the board would be in and we finally made an appointment to have it installed and he no-showed me. I had to text and call before I got a response. I talked to him again and we made another appointment and he no-showed me again and it took almost a day to get a response. He said he would refund the money (done thru his daughter's PayPal account) and it was not done. I communicated with him again and he said it would be done by 11am today and it was not. The excuses keep happening and they keep changing as we go. He might have done well for some people, but helping me has not been a priority and at this time I look at any response he has a flat-out lies. I do not recommend. I will upgrade this review if I get my money back.

Frank came out to look at my leaky washer. He could have charged me to fix it and be on his way, but he noticed larger issues with the washer. He let me know any fix would be costly and temporary before the washer broke down again.
Not only did he save us that repair cost and future repair costs, he waived the service call fee.
This is A++ honest customer service and Frank has earned himself a customer for life.

I have been without my ice maker for sometime now and had been looking for on and off for someone to fix it. Frank’s name kept coming up from friends and Google searches so I decided it was a sign. Frank came out and was up front and honest that the part was going to take a while and it did, but he stayed in touch and kept me updated and it’s all fixed! Couldn’t have been more happy with his service.

Frank is a fabulous repairman. He is excellent at diagnosing the problem, communicates well, is polite, cares for the customer. He can fix anything. I have had him repair my oven, dishwasher, and fridge at different times. He is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg, simply fair.
