Fast service. I called Saturday night and he was at my house early Sunday morning to repair the dryer. He took the dry apart diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. Excellent service. Very polite guy, and knowledgeable.

I contacted Appliance Repair Cowboys through Yelp on a Saturday. They offered me a Sunday appointment time or Monday. We took Sunday. We were notified via text that Vlad was on his way. He showed up in a timely manner and diagnosed our issue with our refrigerator quickly. He had a test part with him to verify his suspicions. It did fix the problem. He scheduled me an appointment to install a new part the next afternoon. Both times he was very timely, extremely communicative, professional, clean, and respectful of our home. I highly recommend the Appliance Repair Cowboy’s. We will definitely be using them again. Thanks Vlad for saving our Viking fridge.

The service technician was extremely polite and professional. I didn’t end up getting the service done because the part alone was more then I was expecting to pay for the whole repair. Overall I would recommend this company still.

Timely first appointment, but it has been 7 business days and I have no update on the part needed or new appointment to finish my stove repair. I paid ½ the cost at the initial appointment.
