They are great! Had a company in Saginaw Texas the did not show up for an appointment 1-4. We called and they said they were not coming. They did not call or text us. Called cowboy and they showed up in a couple of hours with the part and fixed our problem in about an hour. Super Guy.

Our dryer stopped spinning this evening and I googled Appliance Repair Company's in our area. Appliance Repair Cowboys popped up and I reached out. Vlad was extremely responsive and was at my house on a Sunday evening within 30 minutes. He was able to take our dryer apart and fix the issue within minutes. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Cowboys! My oven was acting up and would turn off with an error code, when it got above a certain temperature. I called Appliance Repair Cowboys and spoke with Vlad, who came out on the date and time I picked to come take a look and diagnose the issue. Vlad figured out the problem with the oven and ordered the part needed. He came back and installed it for us and our oven is now working perfectly! On top of all this, I was using a home warranty company to help pay for this repair, and Vlad/Appliance Repair Cowboys were very understanding of this and patient with us during the approval process of with the warranty company.

GE refrigerator not cooling, but freezer section working properly; inside refrigerator coil icing up and circulation fan intermittent. Defrost cycle not working due to inoperable heating element. Tech diagnosed problems; replacement of faulty fan and defrost heating element.

Vlad came out and diagnosed the small leak on my washing machine 12/26/25 Showed the GE part costing over $300 because it’s a smart dispenser plus labor so we paid $514 total. He said he had to order the official part because that would make it under warranty. He replaced the part and it was faulty 12/30/25 Half of the cycles don’t work now on the washing machine . I called him to finish the repair. He came back out 1/3/26 and attempted to fix it. He put back my old part to diagnose the issue and found out it was the control panel on the new part. He said he had to wait for a new part to come in and has yet to return my calls all month. I have been trying to reach him via phone calls and text, it is now 2/1/26 I wanted to give him every opportunity to make it right.
